I am a resident realtor in Trinity Falls, and we almost built with a Perry, but went with Drees for the value and quality. I have since represented 4 other clients building a Drees, and they are the best semi-custom builder out there. Missy, the sales agent here, has been with the company for quite awhile and knows everything about building. If looking in Trinity Falls, please consider Drees homes, they do not disappoint! -
