Jeff Harrell is the most responsible, efficient, and detailed individual. He completes Customer Care as new owners move into their Drees homes. He listens to any concerns (big or small), takes pictures, and contacts all suppliers at an unbelievable speed, ensuring every item is addressed at maximum satisfaction to his customers.Then, before a year is up, Jeff once again comes in to serve you as if the home belongs to his own family. He again connects with the suppliers immediately and is explicit about any problems or damages that must be corrected NOW. Jeff does not quit until the check list is completed at TOP NOTCH level.This man is beyond amazing and deserves great recognition. He is an outstanding employee, a gifted master of his craft, an outstanding communicator and a wonderful human.We hope Drees realizes Jeff Harrell is one-in-a-million!!

Marian Lord and her team elevated the customer experience for us as we navigated the contract process to build our Drees home ( in process to date) at The Hollows Lake Travis. Marians professionalism, warmth, and genuine concern for our happiness along the process gave us the sense that we were not just a number or a sales $$$. Our builders, Will and Dan, have been responsive and professional and are always available by phone call, text or email. The design center team, Laurel and Logan, were patient, friendly and always looked out for our best interest.The team at Drees is amazing and I highly recommend that you consider a Drees home!
