Soo far its been excellent, we asked to put a larger home on a 65 lot and they started the variance process even before we contracted.Update 28 July: Drees got the variance, and we are now under contract. Just finished marking up the blueprints for the home we want (added some framing in attic for some future build out plans I have, expanded the garage, customized the kitchen layout and master bath, added massive master closet on rear of the house, and electrical for tesla wall connectors chargers, amongst a bunch of other things). Super easy to do, now theyre pulling pricing, then well move onto full design studio.

The Salesmen knows his stuff. The home was amazing. I think what caught my attention, was the details. And the brand really is about that Custom Experience.
