We have had an absolutely great experience with Drees Sales and Builders here in Clearwater Ranch, as well as Drees Design Center and Drees Waranty in Austin over the course of the last 2 years. From initial contact, through beginning our build and completion, through the last year of ownership everything has exceeded our expectations in the end. We trust this will continue into the future.We built this home while living in a different state and performed periodic visits during the course of the contract and construction. Drees was always accomodating, understanding our schedule and did their utmost to fit us in for all appointments and timelines as needed. Communication, both ways, was key and it was never lacking. Although, in the end, we didnt believe it was absolutely necessary given the great care and concern we were shown as buyers, we used a local realty agent to help us along the way and she also did an outstanding job tracking everything for us locally. We also used an independent inspector to develop a listing of issues before Final Closing. While some deficiencies were found, they were all very minor and all were immediately fixed to our satisfaction. This inspector repeatedly remarked on the quality of our home and build. We also used this inspector to prepare for our 1 year Warranty Calls and even fewer issues were discovered at that point. He again remarked on what a fine job was done on our home.There is no such thing as a perfect house, although we feel we have gotten as close to it as possible. Have we had bumps along the road, or issues that have developed with our new build? Yes, but each and every one has been addressed to our on-going satisfaction and every person we have dealt with in the Drees spectrum has been professional, courteous and easy to deal with. This includes all the sub-contractors they have utilized for the work. We have treated them all with respect and this has been reciprocated tenfold. We have not expected miracles and have not been disappointed.We would not hesitate to deal with Drees again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a quality home and in a great location.

Beautiful model home. Amazing staff, really friendly and helpful. Felt no pressure looking. We are almost in our new Drees Home.
