8 years ago we were looking to purchase a lot to custom build our dream home, but while looking at a lot in High Meadow Ranch, I saw the most beautiful home right down the street from the lot & said to my realtor NOW THERES MY DREAM HOME!!! She said lets check it out, and found out not only was the exterior gorgeous but the interior was as well. Every room, the layout, the color schemes, the tiles, the floors etc etc - every detail inside & out was above & beyond what I wanted in a home, so needless to say custom building was off the table. We immediately called Neil Jolly at Dream Tech, made an offer, & our dream home became a reality. Neil & the entire Dream Tech team were great to deal with, both before & after closing. Every neighbor, friend & family absolutely loves the design of our house, & after 8 years I can still say Dream Tech = Dream House, and we are living in it!!!

We finished our home Nov 2023. Neil and his team have been with us through this whole process. He started working with us on our own custom floor plan late 2022. We relied on him to help us think through aspects we hadn’t considered since we had never built a home before. Starting from the beginning design, he helped us make some pretty big mistakes we likely would have regretted. He also had a 3D rendering where we could walk through the design. That REALLY helped visualize and modify what we chose to do.The build process was about 10 months long. Brad was our project manager and he was fantastic. He patiently explained things to me as I learned all about each stage of the build process. We had a couple hiccups as every home build does so I do recommend (regardless of builder) to ensure detailed communication. Sometimes the subs misunderstand or you aren’t always as clear as you thought you were…or you change you mind the day they are pouring the driveway…Overall Neil and his team were very good to work with. They were thorough and flexible throughout the process.

We built a custom home with DreamTech. The finished product was great. I highly recommend this builder. They listen to your needs and create a well built house

DreamTech did a great job for us. Their architect worked with us to transfer our vision for our home into blueprints and was able to design all the rooms and features that we wanted and yet still made the flow and functionality of the house aesthetically pleasing and functional while staying within our budget. Many of DreamTech’s standard features were considered upgrades at other builders. Everyone at DreamTech including the owner Neil was available when we needed them and was very involved from start to finish. We ended up with a beautiful, quality home on time and in budget. I would definitely use them again.

DreamTech built a home for me. From the process of designing the home to its final completion, I can say that it was a fairly uncomplicated process.Communication with the builder was easy and they were very responsive. If I ever needed another custom home, I would definitely call on DreamTech!

The responsiveness and support throughout the build process was fantastic. The ability to see a 3D rendering of our project before construction ever started helped us visualize and make changes upfront keeping changes during actual construction to a minimum saving time and money.
