She is an extraordinary hero to us and always will be! She guided us on design and works of the heart in our dream home. The office staff is beyond compare in communication and kindness. Eddie’s experience, professionalism and knowledge overseeing our home is second to none. Thank you to all the trades of construction team for creating our dream home. From the beginning to the final walk thru you all exceeded every expectation! This was our first home purchase for our growing family, we met with a realtor who showed us the model homes for Diamond. We immediately fell in love and let’s just say this was the best home buying experience we could’ve asked for. The attention to detail, the workmanship, was just amazing. Our home was purchased in 2018 and would definitely consider using Diamond Homes, if we ever find our selves back in Texas.

We purchased a diamond home a couple of weeks ago. We love the house and the warranty department has been fantastic. This is my second home using a builder and the warranty department here at diamond far exceeds my previous builder. They are quick, responsive and get the job done right. April and the plumber who they send over have been beyond great.

I purchased my second home from Diamond Homes. The home is beautiful and very well designed. I had minor repairs that needed attention within the first 30 days of moving into the home. Their manager, April, was fantastic. She provided me with great customer service and made sure that all the repairs were attended to and in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this builder..

We bought a diamond home because they build beautiful affordable homes and with a high standard in quality. Since we bought the home we have had a few problems and every time they have taken care of the us. They really care about us and our home. Ive been in my Diamond Home for about 6 years. I Had a little leak problem with recent heavy rain. I must say, that even on a Saturday at the very last minute I was able to get in contact with April and she made some miracles happen! She was able to give me the right contacts to help me and they all showed up in great timing! I was very pleased that they responded very quick on a short notice. My family and I, have been living in our beautiful Diamond home almost a year. We have some few minor issues, nothing different from any new home builder (nothings perfect), but afterwards having wonderful customer service from the warranty department from “APRIL” huge shoutout. By far she is truly amazing great at getting the contractors out here in a timely manner, great communicator, organized, and giving us up-to-date status on what is getting fix. Even afterwards when the job is done she always give us a courtesy call how everything went and anything else is needed. By far truly blessed on our forever home. Thank you Diamond Family. By far great group of people you have working for you.

Diamond homes built my home in 2015. The quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail are unmatched in El Paso. They were always very quick to respond to any question I had. The owners were constantly on the job site making sure the build was on schedule and don’t right. I highly recommend this builder!

Been living in our Diamond home since May and no problems so far! Tonight our heater wasn’t turning on and April was very quick to send someone to fix it (at 6:30pm, very generous of them!) Now we’re ready for the first cold night tomorrow :)

Diamond homes was the one of the greatest experiences weve had. As first time home buyers it was very stressful finding the perfect builders. Once we found Diamond homes we were completely blown away. There floor plans and standard amenities were nothing short of awesome. All counter tops were granite, backsplashes were of your choice, and stone was all included. Our realtor Argelia was amazing and guided smoothly through the entire process.
