Overall great experience with Daybreak! They made the whole custom home building process easy and allowed us to adjust things to our liking. Gave us quite a few design tips that were very helpful. The personalized attention during construction was awesome! Appreciated the honesty and transparency which resulted in no surprises with regards to timing and pricing! We love the house and have received many more compliments about it than we ever anticipated!!!

I enjoyed shopping for a home at daybreak custom homes mainly due to the quality custom design features and ability to build within my price point. Mike and Ray were great! The level of professionalism from walk in to closing was amazing. One thing that they always did was kept me informed about where I was within my overall vision and executed it to my specs. Overall I would encourage others to investigate the process. I would definitely recommend working with Ray and Mike to help coordinate your build as they made our home building experience as easy as possible.

We used Daybreak Custom Homes to build our forever home in Fulshear, TX during 2021. This was our first experience in building a custom home. Ray, Micheal, Daniel, Sharon and the entire staff made our home building experience pleasant and enjoyable. The quality of our home is outstanding and we feel we made the best decision ever in choosing Daybreak. Daniel was very knowledgeable, responsive, attentive, and personable. He communicated with us on the progress every step of the way and ensured all our requests and changes were addressed. It was a pleasure working with him throughout the home building process. Sharon was instrumental in assisting us in the making great interior design choices for our home. This isn’t our first home we’ve built, but is our first custom build. We chose Daybreak to build our forever home and halfway through, we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience so far. Owners, Ray and Michael have been knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, fair, transparent and most importantly have worked toward building the home we want. Our superintendent, Kevin also has been fantastic, keeping us up to date, informed and involved. If you are looking to build a custom home, I would highly recommend Daybreak....just awesome!

Day Break Custom Homes was great to work with. They guided me through the entire process from helping in the design of my house to helping with the finishes. Any and all issues with the house were completed prior to closing and the house has lived up to expectations. Will definitely work with them again if I build or renovate another house.My experience working with Day Break Homes was excellent. I would recommend them to everyone building a house.

We recently had our first experience building a custom home and we chose Daybreak as our builder. Even though we faced some serious hurdles building in the post-Harvey market (labor and material shortages, among other things), Daybreak worked to ensure we were satisfied every step of the way. They were responsive and professional from the first phone call until our closing. We have now lived in our home for a year and a half and absolutely love it! We would be happy to work with Daybreak again!

Daybreak was great to work with. We had an extremely complicated house with multiple changes along the way and Daybreak fulfilled all of our requests. Among the items that we changed, or were custom were our geothermal heat-pump system, rear entry doors, flooring, elevator, cabinetry, pool, and hardware to name a few. Frank is excellent to work with. Thanks to Ray, Mike, Becca, and Frank for helping to make our dream home come true especially with all of the changes. One thing for sure is they will work tirelessly to allow you to change your home along the way without nickle and diming for the changes. This is worth more than one could imagine, especially for those of us that dont fully know what they want when construction begins.
