Covington completed a home renovation for us in the Fall of 2020. We couldn’t have been happier with the end results and level of communication and creativity Andrew and Kay brought to our project. I have referred Covington to friends and neighbors and we wouldn’t hesitate using them for future needs. Extremely responsive and top notch customer service!

Covington completed a major upgrade on the exterior of my 1955 brick home. All of the rotting wood on the sides, fascia and soffits were replaced with Hardie siding, including replacing a section of dated scalloped edging with the Hardie staggered shake design. They added gutters with French drains, new shutters and then primed and painted the entire house with Sherwin Williams paints. It looks awesome!Once finished outside, they replaced all of my cast iron tubing with PEX pipe. They replaced the sheetrock and painted. No more rusty water!I could not be happier with the work Covington did. Their crews did great work, showed up and finished on time, and cleaned up after themselves completely. Kay and Andy are great project managers and were happy to offer recommendations on colors and styles. I highly recommend them and will be using them for upcoming projects soon!

Before we even began our project I was overwhelmed at the idea of a renovation, so I didnt have high expectations for how this would go, but thanks to Covington Signature Homes my concerns were unfounded. Right from our first meeting with it was apparent our project was in good hands thanks to Andrews professionalism, patience, and solution oriented way of thinking. He helped us make several design changes during the build that he knew would be beneficial, but always kept the budget in the forefront as we went along. The pandemic hit about 2 weeks after demo, yet somehow our project remained seamless. Andrew was on site overseeing construction daily, giving us confidence that things would be done to his high standards. In the end we have a beautiful, well built house and a great remodel experience. I appreciate the entire crew at Covington Signature Homes and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build or renovate.

We highly recommend Covington Signature Homes. They completed a recent project at our home and we are so pleased! When Andrew met with us to talk about what was needed, he spent a lot of time planning and explaining to us what he felt would be the best route to take. His ideas were on the money! His employees were considerate and very hard working, they were on time and made the most of the day. The job site was kept clean and we know our home project was their only focus. Andrew was always around to monitor the situation and it was obvious he knows his guys well. They are definitely a well-oiled machine and finished on time. We will definitely use Covington again!

Covington Signature Homes are the best. They have gone above and beyond for their customers. I first watched them meticulously redo my neighbors home and I loved the end product. Once I decided to redo my own home and add a second story I did not hesitate to use them. I was impressed and very happy with the results. We love our home. During Hurricane Harvey, Andrew personally contacted me to see if we were flooding. Once I told them we were he said not to worry he would start ordering supplies and would come by when the water receded. He was here the next day and demolition started within 24 hours. Covington Homes put several projects on hold in order to help his previous customers and a few new ones in our neighborhood. We were back in our home in a short period of time. They are personable, professional and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them.

Andrew and Kay are wonderful to work with. After our first contractor went south during our Harvey buildout, they came to our rescue and took us on as clients. We so much appreciated this because they already had more than enough work at the time. They were instrumental in navigating us through a redesign of several areas of our home to make it more modern and functional. Their knowledge and craftsmanship of all the details helped give us a home that we cherish and are more than proud of.

We found Covington Homes after a disaster with another contractor, lawsuits filed for stopping working etc. Thus, we were especially wary going into another remodel, but Andy and his crew made it painless. We have used them 3 times now, and very happy with all the things they have done. They really listen to what you want, explain upfront if your change is going to cause you to out of budget, and do really high quality work.

Icant say enough about these guys.I have worked with Covington since 2009, on new construction and remodel/ additions. They have that old school ethic. They keep their word, do what the say they are going to do, when they said they were going to do it. They stand behind their work, so they dont cut corners or use low quality materials or mediocre tradesmen. They always pay on time. They always answer their phone and the best thing is your not dealing with any middleman. If you do business with Covington Adams you will be dealing directly with Mr or Mrs Adams.Its not just business, they seem to love what they do, and take pride in their work and the finished product.I highly recommend them If your looking for the best overall value with decades of experience and knowledge of building code, quality products and highly skilled tradesmen, fair no surprises) pricing, and no-hassle warranties, I am confident that they will exceed your expectations.
