As a Residential Designer Ive known Brad since 2015. He combines an understanding of construction and appreciation for fine details with a sincere desire to help his clients successfully build their dream home. Ive worked with a number of very talented home builders in the Granbury area over the last 25 years. When it came time for my wife and I to build our own retirement home in 2020, my immediate choice was Coker and Company. From the front office expertise of Mary Kay to a shop full of of skilled and experienced professionals who share Brads commitment to client satisfaction, Coker and Company delivered our home as designed and on time. We could not be any happier with the final result. As a final testament to Brads talent as a builder, our home received the Grand Award from the 2023 American Residential Design Awards.

Four years ago we had Brad build two custom homes for us. I was very impressed with the accuracy of pricing and adherence to the budget; there were never any surprises. Brad’s integrity is impeccable; when he says he’ll do something, you can count on it as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow. Yes, I’d use Coker and Company again!

We built our home with Brad Coker and we are throughly happy with our home. This month has been 2 years we have lived in our house and Brad is always available to do any repairs needed. There have not been many requests for repairs but there have been a few, they have been repaired quickly!We would build another house with Coker and Co again!

Coker & Co. built my new home four years ago and my husband and I still love it and call it our dream home! My best friends aunt and uncle recommended them to us after their good experience with a remodeling project. They contacted me and asked if I would post a review, which I should have done long ago, because they made the home-building experience way better than I thought it would be. (I had friends telling me horror stories about their home construction.) Brad worked with us at every step, he didnt constantly try to talk us into spending more money, he explained things to my husband and me without treating us like were stupid. We didnt really know what we wanted, just had some vague ides so he took the time to give us good options and useful realistic information and didnt roll his eyes when we changed our minds 100 times. When there was a major problem with the cabinets and it had to be fixed, he made sure it was done right and we were very happy. He kept in touch with us so we knew what was happening and what to expect. I have recommended them to many people. If I ever win a lottery, Coker & Co. is building my mansion!!!

Coker & Company remodeled our home recently and we are so pleased with the work they did. We are very please with the end result. The owner did a great job helping guide us through the process the entire time. He took the time to really listen to what we had to say and kindly made suggestions of small things that could be changed that made a huge difference in the out come. Choosing Coker & Company was the best decision we made. If you want quality work by a team who really cares, Coker & Company is definitely who you want!
