We love our home from CM Lifestyle Homes! The floorplan is perfect for us aging in place with 3 bed/ 2 bath, 1400 sq ft. This home is extremely energy efficient. Our typical utility bill in the heat of the 100°+ summer with the thermostat set at 74° has been averaging $125 - 150/ month.The design is so practical and user friendly! Beautiful finish work by the tile contractor! But the nicest part of doing business with CM Homes is the exceptional customer service. Cant say enough goodness about Osvaldo Martinez... professional, helpful and always eager to respond to questions. I am highly recommending CM Lifestyle Homes for a superior building experience.

Osvaldo Martinez has worked on several of our remodel projects over the years. He is very trustworthy, thorough, honest and timely in his projects. I appreciate that he always responds right away when I contact him and has a high level of integrity. He constantly is following up during the project thru completion. He and his company always do an outstanding job! Highly recommend.

The builder was very professional to work with and very communicative through out the entire build process. I was very impressed with the quality of construction and also the cleanliness of the construction area. I would highly recommend this builder for any home building project you may be considering.
