My wife and I have recently retired and decided to build our retirement home. After speaking with a trusted friend who has been in the home designing business for decades we went with his sugggestion and looked into Clark Wilson Builder. I am so glad we did. When CWB says they allow changes, believe it. We actually took the elevation from one floor plan and moved it to another. We changed bathrooms, garage, covered patio, kitchen ... and all for very reasonable cost. The sales team (Walt, Sandy) were easy to work with and Wendell (production supervisor) is excellent! The guy spotted things during construction (no big surprise with all our changes) and made sure they were corrected immediately before they became issues. I had the home inspected during construction by a professional who has seen construction by many different builders and he stated that the framing of the home was impressive.The house was completed and closed on the date promised. What few, and minor, warranty items that came up have been dealt with quickly, correctly, and by professional and friendly contractors. This is the fourth new home we have owned in the past 40 years and is far and away the most well constructed, properly finished of the four, and the only builder of the four I would recommend.

I am extremely happy with the quality of my newly completed Clark Wilson home. My independent inspector was very complimentary about the workmanship put into the home. This confirmed for me that I made the right decision when I selected this builder.The Clark Wilson team at Star Ranch have been nothing less than extraordinary. Working with Sandy Beene has been a pleasure. She has been and continues to be responsive and helpful from the day I walked into the model home. Throughout construction and post-closing, Ray Rodgriguez has been very meticulous, reliable, and attentive, keeping everything on track and on schedule.Thank you to the Clark Wilson Team for making me a happy and satisfied homeowner!

I recently moved in to my new Clark Wilson home in Star Ranch. I couldnt be happier with my decision to move to Hutto and especially into my new Clark Wilson home. My entire Clark Wilson experience has made me feel like I won New Home Lottery. Working with Sandy has been very easy and she is extremely knowledgeable. Next, the build, working with Ray and Conner it was apparent they are talented and good at what they do. They were attentive and communicated completely at each phase of the build. I was present often through the build not because I was concerned, but because I was impressed with the quality and the detail that went into it each trade and Ray and Conner were always so welcoming and eager to show me their progress and discuss the next steps. All of this has made feel like I really won the New Home Lottery. I offer a very sincere THANK YOU to the Clark Wilson Team.

Last November I bought my second house in Start Ranch built by CWB.The Clark Wilson team was fantastic. Sandy Beene is a delight to work with. She is outgoing, knowledgeable and always willing to listen to the needs of the client.Scott Standhart and his team once again excelled in building an exceptional house. During the building process he offered creative solutions to problems that we caused him and anticipated things that we needed. Conner and Ray both worked to make sure things were done to our satisfaction.My wife and I have heard sad stories of shoddy quality and lengthy delays from other builders in other locations. It was refreshing to work with the CWB team.

So Ive heard that buying a house is one of the biggest, important, stressful things that someone can do.As stressful as moving IS - the home buying process at Clark Wilson wasabout as easy and enjoyable as it could have possibly been.Sandy is an absolute joy to work with. She helped us make some very important choice decisions.From the lot we picked out, to some highly useful (I would have never thought of that) home choices, upgrade choices that were must haves, and others that were exciting at first, but in the end didnt make sense. Shes got a great eye to help you along the way with all those very important home decisions.Wendell is your home guide during and after the build. He looks over the construction process from the start and will always ask you if he sees something or thinks something is not what you expected. After its all ready to move into, hell walk you through and give you great suggestions, tell you about proper maintenance, and some great ideas to make sure your home stays in tip-top shape from the start.I personally was always asking both -- What do you think?I loved getting the input and suggestions and in the end we were all very, very happy with how the house came out. It is now a home!Its an amazing build, and both Sandy and Wendell were very helpful when it came to our ideas of what we wanted and needed and in the end what we decided on.I highly recommend Clark Wilson Builders for all your custom home needs. They have so many options to choose from, and the people- especially Sandy and Wendell, are amazing people to work with.Its right next to their name Clark Wilson Builder - Build it Your WayWe did, and we love it!

We had an excellent experience with Clark Wilson Builder, they made our first time home buyer experience as stress free as possible. Sandy was helpful, kind and informative at every turn. Ray and Conner, the superintendents on our project were on the ball at all times. Always available for questions or a walk thru, very transparent through out the entire process. We love our new home!

This was our first home that my husband and I were going to build. We looked at many builders in the area. This builder was one of the few to have a great floorplan that we loved and one of the even fewer to have almost NO complaints. We made the choice to go with them and have not had ONE regret. We love our home. Our salesperson Debra was amazing as was Scott, the superintendent. I had so many people tell me I was in for a nightmare, but I literally had NO issues in my build (there were some mistakes along the process, but it is unreasonable to expect literal perfection. The difference was Scott was on top of it and had it corrected with no time delay!). We have been in our home for a few months now and we still love it as much as we did when we started. I would highly recommend this builder to anyone who wants a quality home, in a reasonable time period with amazing customer service!!I thought I would update my review now that its been five years. We have had no issues with the home in the past five years. No repairs that have had to be done, no warranty issues at all. We are still very much happy with our Clark Wilson home!

Very nice home built by Clark Wilson in Star Ranch. Enjoyed very much working with Sandy Beene & the Superintendents Ben & Dom. Sandy was always pleasant, immediately responsive, and very helpful. She is the perfect example of what every Sales Consultant should exemplify when representing a Home Builder. You got a rock star Clark Wilson!

I am an Austin Realtor and have sold two Clark Wilson Builder properties now in Star Ranch. I did the walkthrough of the property last week and was amazed at the small amount of blue tape needed for that walkthrough of such a large house! This was, by far, the best builder walkthrough I have done in the last 7 years. Additionally the onsite sales agent, Sandy Beene, is outstanding, very communicative, highly responsive, professional and a great advocate for Clark Wilson Builder. I highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough good things about this builder and their staff. Scott and Sandy made our buying experience an AMAZING one. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed without hesitation. They are super friendly and easy to work with. If you are looking to buy a home I HIGHLY recommend Clark Wilson. Not only is the quality of the build incredible, they genuinely care about their customers concerns and go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy with the final product and then some.🏡

Our Aaron model is solid, well built and very functional. CWB happily worked with us on add-ons / changes and they turned out beautifully! We couldn’t be happier! TO ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY A HOUSE----PLEASE READ MY EXPERIENCE WITH CLARK WILSON BUILDERSHow and Where do I start? I will begin at the beginning. I promised my lovely wife I would be short and sweet. How can you when you have an AWESOME staff at Clark Wilson. But I will try.Sandy Beene: What a woman! What a Saleperson! What a friend!. From Day one, Sandy has been such a breath of fresh air. I am in sales and I told my wife that I did not want to be around pushy and dishonest sales people. Unfortunately this industry has a lot those types. But not Sandy!As so many people has already said, our experience with her was no different. She was professional, friendly, honest and down right funny as hell. She ALWAYS had a joke to tell you. She made this process of buying our first home so WONDERFUL! From giving us ideas to having gifts for my daughter based on ear-shot conversation.Clark Wilson, you have a jewel in Sandy Beene. She has become family to our family! My family knows her family.I could say so much more about Sandy, but I wont!. But I will say if you are BUYING A HOUSE and WANT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE...SANDY BEENE IS THE ONE!!! THERE IS NO NEED TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER!!Wendell Haney: Man, this guy here is the GLUE that keeps everything together! Wendell was very attentive to all of our needs. He is the guy that can juggle several houses and still make you FEEL like you are the only one building a house. He is always smiling and more than willing to give you his honest advice. Not to mention, he will answer his phone and text messages during the week, weekends or evenings. His follow up is well above average. The one thing that I have to mention is that everything DID NOT go as planned, however Wendell and Sandy was right there to RESOLVE the matter immediately. My wife and I are so happy that we had Wendell. To-date, we have been in our house since March 6, 2020. I called him several times on things that were not right and even yesterday on a Saturday June 14, 2020. The issue was resolved the same day.Again, if you are looking to BUY A HOUSE AND WANT SOMEONE IS NOT GOING TO DUCK AND HIDE AFTER MOVE-IN, then I would not look for another, go with CLARK WILSON BUILDER, because you will get to meet and experience Wendell at CLARK WILSON!!!Scott (Wendells Boss): Scott and I did not hit it off the first time we met, but we listen to each other point of view and we are Besties. Scott has been very instrumental and attentive in assisting getting major errors resolved on our house. These errors was not intentional or negligent. Scott was very thorough about the resolution and completing the work in a satisfactory manner. We are still fixing minor things as we speak. Thank you Scott for your follow up!!!I know I said I would not be long, but what to do expect when you have such a GREAT group of people that helps you achieve your DREAM HOUSE!!! Ray Rodriguez with the warranty group for Clark Wilson was an astounding professional representative and adds value to the companys name. He deserves recognition for his hard work for he was able to get all my warranty issues completed and corrected very quickly.

Model was very nice. The Representative (her name escapes me) was super helpful and knowledgeable about everything. We showed up without an appointment and she let us in right away and showed us around. Great experience!

Quality builder that doesnt mind changes to the floorplan, etc. Bought the Fowler plan (same as the Michelson plan but with the walls pushed out two feet).
