This was the first home build for my husband and I. We knew chance both as a friend and a home builder. After seeing several projects of his we knew without a doubt we wanted to use him to build our home chance is very professional, always responsive, and always willing to answer any questions or concerns before, during and after build. Our build couldn’t have gone any smoother than it did and we were extremely pleased with the timeframe of only 10 months!! Before we started, chance sent us addresses of some of his current projects to look at so we could get ideas n what we liked as far as color and design and each one we looked at was amazing! So many beautiful details in each design only made it harder for me to decide! We knew what we liked but they all could have been considered a dream home for me! Chance is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of home designing, building, fixtures , decor, you name it, and if we couldn’t figure it out he was on point with knowing what we should do. He has awesome relationships with his contractors who also spoke very highly of Chance and showed nothing but the utmost respect for him We couldn’t agree more! Chance built our house in 2019. With just a sketch of a floorpan, he met with us and explained everything. Our house exceeded our expectations and weve lived in it 3 years now. Chance is patient, professional, friendly, and a great project manager, coming in at budget and several months early. The house is solid, weatherproof (remember February 2021?), and a joy to live in. Chance started our house in late 2017. Ill be the first to say this build was not an easy build by any means. We had architectural errors in our plan, and this was our first custom home so we were pretty naïve to the process.. Luckily for us Chance had patience and knowledge to work with the architectural problems, and guide us with the build. Our home was completed in 2018, and the quality is what you would expect from a great builder.Chance to this day will still answer our call. Weve asked him multiple times for advice on things we were wanting to do on the house, and he has no problem referring a vendor to complete the job. We built a pool after the house, and we ran into some issues with the build. Chance came by on his time, and took phone calls to help get the project completed. A lot of builders will disappear after the house is complete, but you wont have that issue here. If youre looking for a builder that is going to be with you before, during, and after the build then Chance is a perfect fit.

I highly recommend Mr. Chance Leigh. He took a house to the studs for me here in Austin and completed the project in record time (3 months!) In my opinion, a general contractor is only as good as his weakest subcontractor in a lot of ways and what impressed me the most was the excellence of Chance and his team as a whole. All of his subcontractors were incredible, on schedule (often done ahead of schedule) and courteous. The quality of their work really stands out! My house feels like really solid, quality construction. Chance and his team made the project a real success. I have Austin locals taking photos of my property regularly when they pass by in the street. In addition to his outstanding work ethic, Mr. Leigh has a naturally optimistic personality that made him fun to work with.

I have known Chance Leigh for over 25 years. We worked together for a new home builder in Austin, Tx. We were in the same master planned community… Chance was the senior builder, and I was lucky enough to sell the homes he built. Having worked in several communities and with different builders, i knew what a great builder was as there werent many.at his level. He met his completion dates and often brought them in early. He managed buyer expectations, construction crews and built relationships with them all… they trades knew what Chance expected and together delivered a superior product. If i were to guess, some of those trades are probably still with him today, that just how Chance is. My buyers were happy and I was happy. His homes were tight and on schedule and on or under budget. I have worked with Chance Leigh on a few different projects as a sub-contractor and all I can say is that I wish there were more builder like him and his wonderful team. Everyone is very detailed and not only makes sure that the job gets done but it gets done right. Also on the sub-contractor side, their accounting department is very responsive and send out payments for completed work very quickly after receiving the invoice. Chance built a beautiful home right in the heart of the Georgetown square that my husband and I bought. His design choices and attention to detail, from the fixtures, slate kitchen back splash and Italian tile in the bathrooms and laundry room were exquisite. He built me the custom closet room of my dreams, added a drain and closet rails in the laundry for hand washing and drying, and built appropriate cabinetry in my office. The landscaping in the front lawn and porch area were elegant and he installed a state of the art, high tech sprinkler system.
