Joe communicated well and was very responsive to our questions through the whole building process. He was very personable and respectful in all interactions. We purchased our beautiful modern home on Lake Conroe directly from the builder, Joe, and we couldn’t be happier! Not only did he create such a stunning house that we immediately fell in love with, but he was also incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He guided us every step of the way, even after we moved in, by providing details about the house whenever we needed them. He’s a great guy and a true family man. Highly recommend him!

Capital classic homes was wonderful to work with on my custom home in Walden subdivision. Joe was there the entire process, making sure everything went smoothly. The fact that they were able to design the home in-house and build it to my specification was amazing.. The amount of sophistication used in the process was increable in enabled capital classic homes to overcome the supplying chain problems during the COVID pandemic.

Joe and his team were instrumental in updating our lake home to be our full time retirement residence. From level 5 smooth walls to elegant quartz counters and matching back splash has upgraded our home beyond our expectation … we also had Joe design and build our Austin Stone Outdoor Living Space with Gas Grill, Gas Fireplace and Gas Torch Columns … absolutely amazing!

Joe built a back patio extension for us in the fall of 2023 and we couldn’t be happier with the result. It’s exposed beam cypress framing with a tongue and groove ceiling, 35’x14’ footprint. If you’re looking for high quality finishes and great customer service, I highly recommend letting Capital Classic handle your project!
