Its obvious that the people behind Bison Creek Homes want to build dream homes. My wife and I literally cannot believe we live in such a beautiful place. When we have friends over they all say some version of, Wow! Or, Oh my God! We purchased a previously designed plan, but the option to build something designed personally for you is the first option. The land we built on has so many trees it creates a natural barrier to the outside world. I have access to some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets you could ever hope for. Its difficult to pick my favorite view. Its either from inside looking out, or from the outside looking in.The neighbors we have met have been friendly and approachable, I have already found several with similar interests and values.Bottom line, we consider ourselves very fortunate and grateful for stumblingly upon this community and the people that made our dream home a reality.

Pool HouseWhat a wonderful experience dealing with Bison Creeks Homes. From our meeting day 1 to our current day questions, Brent was always positive and delightful to work with. Brent immediately asked and answer questions (Oh and I had questions) on a regular basis. Both Brent and Jennifer were awesome helping us build our pool house and it was from another state. Jennifer helped out so much when our colors didn’t work with the various countertops and tile. She truly did an amazing job finding us pictures that were a better representation of the true look. Thank You Jennifer. Brent was always pleasant and understanding of what I truly wanted. He worked hard getting it done for us. Thanks Brent. Our Pool House is amazing and we love it. Thank you Bison Creek Homes for giving us exactly what we wanted.

Bison Creek is absolutely the best! They made the home building process easy and fun! This was our first time to build a house and we had no idea what we were doing. From the very first meeting until today, they have been and are still by our side. They are thorough, honest and caring. We cannot imagine a better experience and are so grateful that we chose Bison Creek to build our forever home for our family. I cannot speak highly enough of Bison Creek! Excellent communication, great attention to detail, and they dont cut corners. A quality team that you can trust! Our home is everything we dreamed of and more.....Thank you Bison Creek!

It has been a fantastic and rewarding experience building our dream home. The design process was exactly what we desired when we began thinking about a new home.We were looking for a way to build a unique home, different than the more common styles built across north Texas today. We loved the Mid-Century Style of architecture but we also wanted to keep a rural Texas feel since we are living out in the country. Jonathan Bethune did an excellent job capturing the look and feel of the house as well as creating an incredible floor plan that makes excellent use of space.The building process proceeded timely and it was clear from the beginning that the quality of work was very important to the team. We experienced an excellent job of keeping the work going even during very wet days and weeks. The end product is a very well constructed home that we feel is efficient and beautiful.Jennifer Bethune really helped bring the interior style of the house. She was very available to choose wood, paint, countertops, tile and many of the other surface areas that really added to the beauty of the home.The overall experience has been incredibly engaging and exciting. Having such a unique home is very special to us and this design build team was a great choice for us.

When my husband and myself both empty nesters, decided to make changes regarding our home building a new one was never an option. After talking to many friends, they all related similar horror stories about building a new home. Everyone told how stressful the process was to their marriages and all had horror stories about builders and architects.After exhausting all other avenues my husband and I, reluctantly decided to meet with Jonathan Bethune. To say we were skeptical would have been an understatement. During our initial meeting my husband immediately gave Jonathan Bethune our business. We both found Jonathan to be professional and he understood our vision and designed it even better than we had envisioned.The whole process was further streamlined and enjoyable when Jennifer entered into the picture. She made ever design decision easy by helping me narrowing my choices all while staying on budget (which endeared her to my husband). Keeping on a budget and knowing each week where we stood also helped reduce stress. If any questions did arise Jonathon and Jennifer were always available for questions and backed up with a professional staff.My husband and I loved this entire process and love waking up each day in our beautiful new dream home. After seeing Jonathan’s work, I knew he was an artist and I am now living in art.Anna Coker

We’ve known Jennifer and Jonathan since the early 2000s and they have been nothing but wonderful friends to our family. So when it came time to build our new restaurant, we knew there was no one better for the job. Jonathan guided us through every step of the building process and kept us informed with any changes that came up. Once the building was complete, Jennifer took over. Her mix of modern designs and Mexican inspired decor voted us the “Outstanding New Facility” in 2012 by our wonderful town.
