From our first conversation to the last paint drop dried, Duran and his team were first rate and truly made our dreams come true building my moms casita in our backyard. He ensured all our requests (which were many) were met. He matched the exterior exactly making it feel they were built at the same time instead of years apart. His architect made some revisions that utilized the space in ways we couldnt even have thought of. And all the beautiful additions like shower niche, cabinet colors and accessories, all ADA equipped and so much more make it first class. His team handled the permit process and his general contractor was first class. 5 stars from start to finish. What a blessing to have my mom so close and in such a high quality home. Do not hesitate to use Duran and Austin Tiny Homes.

We had a fantastic experience with Duran and his team! They built the pool house of our dreams, and it exceeded our expectations. They listened to our design ideas, drew up a great plan, and were open to adding all the extras we wanted: electrical upgrades, floor upgrades, extra windows, exterior design details, a great front porch with a wood ceiling…the list goes on. We are greatly enjoying our new space. Duran and his team worked very fast and we were done in about 3 months.

We got a small 10x10 ADU built in our backyard to use as an office space for myself. When we first talked to Duran, we also wanted something that could double as a guest room. Duran worked with the best in the business to take this tiny ADU to the next level. Were talking vaulted ceilings, a doggie door in the side of the house, recessed lightning, nice modern wood floors, and plenty of light. Plus, I got to have stucco walls to match the exact paint color of our house, and roof shingles to match as well! Duran and Anchored Tiny Homes left no stone unturned. And they did it all in 2 months. I am so so pleased with the results of this project. I would highly recommend Anchored Tiny Homes to anyone in Central Texas looking for an affordable, custom, high quality ADU built on their land!

Zach and the rest of the team were phenomenal to work with. The prices are extremely reasonable, and they were only ever helpful and informative, they never pressed with a hard sell. Would highly recommend this team if youre interested in an ADU.
