Beware! House may be flawless! Colby and Dusty go above and beyond making sure every detail is touched! It was an awesome experience watching our house come to fruition from the hand drawn plans that Colby drew, to the final touch ups that a normal person wouldn’t even notice! Highly recommend!!

3C Builders built our home and so when the time came to build a drive through car part and guest suite, we hired them again. From the beginning of the process, Colby and his team spent a great deal of time talking with us, walking the project, to ensure we were built exactly what we wanted. He and his team offered suggestions and stayed on top of the building process. We were thankful for the experience and insight they shared. Living out very remotely, and often home alone with the workers present, never was I uncomfortable with their presence. All were professional and ready to answer questions if they arose. We have been utilizing our new builds for 5 months now and have been so happy with the final result.

Colby and his crew just finished painting our home’s entire exterior. Colby was great to work with, and he updated me on their progress as they worked. He and his two painters were honest, trustworthy, and cleaned up any mess every day before they left. We are really pleased with the finished product and the level of detail they put on our house! They ensured that every inch of our exterior (including door jambs, eaves, and fixtures) were properly prepped and painted. Colby even noticed that our cedar beams on the front porch were weathered and cracking. He stained these beams and they look brand new. The price was more than fair for the amazing job they did. We would definitely recommend 3C Builders to friends and family!
