Clint was soooo helpful! I worked with him for about 4-5 months if I recall. He was able to get 4 collection accounts removed from my credit report due to discrepancies in the collectors documentation. I am so so grateful for his help in repairing my credit score. In the time we worked together his assistance resulted in my credit score raising by about 80 points! He always responded to texts or calls very quickly, I never felt like I had to wait on answers to any of my questions. He did a really good job of breaking down terminology and information so that I could understand how credit reporting actually works. I had the privilege to work with Daniel B. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I came to him with some concerns for some serious debt we racked up and were very lost on what options we had. Daniel explained the different options we had available, what our timeline would be, and what results we could expect to see moving forward. He also gave us helpful tips for dealing with debt collectors appropriately and effectively. Currently 2 months into my credit repair with this company. At first like most I was skeptical about the gain versus the expense but after talking to Chelsea Gaylon, my hesitation was absolved. She was very informative and honest. She let me know what they could do and what they couldnt do. All of it was honest and made perfect sense. There was no hidden meaning to any of it and she told me what realistic results she could provide and so far, all of that is happening. Woody and April are absolutely fantastic, I got hooked up with these guys less than 6 months ago and in that time frame they were able to bulldog a lot of old collection agencies and find every little inconsistency possible to get my credit repaired.In the past less than 6 months my mortgage scores FICO 2, 4, and 5 have gone up around 80 points and my general FICO 8 around 100 points. My wife and I were even able to get approved for a house!I will say these guys are pricier than the random credit repair experts that you see advertising on Facebook and craigslist, but it is worth every cent because they will dig deep and make sure they find every mistake the collection companies make to ensure the deletions are permanent.

Mr. Duarte & Alexis as well as the rest of their team did an amazing job explaining everything to me and my wife. The hardest thing for me to understand was their payment/recruiting process. Instead of 1 monthly payment there is 2 unless you have someone to recruit advertising via Am-way. That would be my only complaint and thats merely a clerical issue. They do go above and beyond to make things right and are very knowledgeable about their jobs. The big Eye opener was when Mr. Duarte explained the whole 30% used on a credit card thing. I get it now dont ask me to explain it you ask him. All in all theyve done a great job. No dealer would talk to me before and now I drive the Jeep in the pictures below. Back in April of 2022 I contacted this company not knowing how much they would really help me considering the last company I worked with didn’t do much. Edgar called me back within 24 hours explaining how this process would go. I am so thankful that I made that phone call. Edgar worked so diligently with me to get me back on the path of success. Through this process I was able to reach a personal goal I set out within 6 months of starting this program. I first came across White Jacob & Associates with a simple Google search. I looked into a few other agencies and decided on a consultation through them. Extraordinary experience with this company. My wife and I enrolled to fix our credit scores and our goal was to buy a home, we were amazed by the results and professionalism from Chelsea. Not all of our negative items were deleted; however they were able to still boost our scores by over 100 points. White Jacobs was very open and honest with us about what we should expect. They work quickly with the plan they put in place. Additional work was needed and we were not charged anything additional. Overall we had 14 out of 18 negative items deleted. I have been working with Brandi Morris and she is friendly, professional, very easy to talk to and explained the whole process in detail leaving me no questions to ask! They are absolutely affordable with the option to pay it out over a few months and it is absolutely been 100% worth it. My credit went up 55 points in only 2 weeks 3 weeks later another 11 points and then 1 week later another 2 points so in a total of 6 weeks my score has jumped 68 points. That is incredible and my credit file has not even been completely updated. It feels good to know soon i will have some financial freedom with a good credit score. Where do I even Begin!!! Wow! It has been a journey for my husband and I trying to fix our credit on our own. We started by making calls to collectors and pay off things from least amount owed making our way up the ladder. With no success on getting items removed after paying on our own, things were getting pretty frustrating to say the least! We would only see a 20 point increase in scores at the most if we were lucky. Then the journey began! We started looking for homes with no success at getting approved for anything decent. We got in contact with the right lender who then referred us both to this amazing Credit Repair company! We got in contact with Clint Stephenson who then gave us a breakdown on how things were going to go and the cost of the program for both of us and all the perks that were included! We went ahead and signed up and said what the heck it’s worth a shot! Let me just say it’s been an incredible journey! Clint is very good about keeping you updated and what step you are in during the process and what to expect each step! We have finally finished with the program and the results are just like WWOOWW!!! I was paired up with Zach Sandoval as my representative. He was a force to be reckoned with when it came to repairing my abysmal credit situation. If he couldn’t answer when I called, then he got back to me same day. I had a couple freak out moments where I needed to speak with him ASAP and he even returned calls on Saturday and Sunday for me. I was referred to White, Jacobs & Associates by a longtime friend and trustworthy source at Primesource Mortgage in Grapevine, TX to assist me with cleaning up my credit so that I could purchase a home after my wedding next year. Before I contacted this company I had exhausted all efforts to resolve my credit issues and I had pretty much given up hope of ever being able to purchase a home, which was frustrating to say the least and definitely put a damper on my excitement about being newly engaged. I have been working with Will Smith for a little over a month now to resolve some old student loan issues that I previously had no hope of clearing up and I have been extremely pleased with the results so far. All of the costs associated with their services are very reasonable and they are very upfront & honest about the process every step of the way. Will has also been great about communicating with me and following up on details to ensure that my needs as a customer have not only been met, but exceeded. A year ago I was wanting to move to a city 3 hours away from home. With that being said, I also wanted to purchase a home. I reached out to a family friend who is a relator and she sent me directly to White Jacobs. I put in an inquiry around 2am by lunchtime that same day I received a phone call from Salley. Although my plans have ultimately changed my credit goals have not. I am currently at 100% deletions as well as late payments removed from student loans! Salley and the rest of the team have educated me appropriately and I now know whats next on my plate to reach my score goal of 750. This program has helped save my sanity. Once I pay down my credit cards, nothing will stand in my way. Great service comes with a price but it was worth it. Highly recommended.
