When trying to fix credit and pay off old Bills the lady over my account was very helpful and told me what Bills to pay first to pull my credit score up fast. She helped me get them paid off timely and was always nice when I began I had quite a few and with her help I am down to just one on my report still. And she made sure they dropped off my report as soon as they were paid just like she said the would. I wish all creditors where as great as they were

The collections company has nothing to do with holding credit hostage, nor are they responsible for filing the insurance. It is the patients responsibility to make sure when having any procedure that records are updated, address current and their insurance/information has been followed and kept track of. There are multiple billing entities that read results, diagnosis etc....The collections company is only collecting for each entity that has been contracted to collect their accounts.
