This is going to sound like a backwards compliment, but here it goes. My husband and I came to Upgrade My Credit 5 months ago full of great hope for a quick improvement, even though the told us it takes time. After 2 1/2 months I admittedly wanted to see more results. I called and talked with our credit coach and she then had the owner of the company , Blair Warner call me back. He very graciously and patiently explained the process to me again, and exactly what to expect. I was very impressed that the owner of the company would take that time and how intimately aware of our case he was. I am sure they have many other clients. I felt a lot better. (I can be impatient sometimes). Now, after 5 1/2 months I cant believe it. Our score is up almost 100 points, and we are closing Oct 9 on a refinance that will save us a ton of money. I started working with this company back in April.Blair came recommended to me from my mortgage broker. I was hesitant to reach out to Blair because I had a few past experiences that were not so pleasant so it was hard for me to trust that things would turn out like the picture that they paint for you when you first reach out to them.At first it seemed like this experience was going to turn out like all the other experiences but I quickly noticed results within the first 3 months. Towards the end I needed two negative items on my credit removed and one of the two items were from a debt collecting company called NCC (AKA the hardest collection agency to get to remove items) and Blair worked a miracle with this company to get them to delete all negative items from my credit report.In addition, he also got multiple others to be removed as well. Without Blairs help I would have never been able to buy a home.Thanks Upgrade My Credit!!

Blair Warner, Sr. Credit Counselor with Upgrade My Credit, is a great resource for potential home buyers who want to have the kind of credit score that gets them the best possible interest rates. We had the opportunity to see Blairs company in action when we referred a buyer to them.While they were under contract on a home, 3 weeks before settlement, our buyers had the most unfortunate circumstance take place... an old collection popped up on their credit report and their score went down 20 or 25 points, I dont remember exactly, but enough to disqualify them for their loan program.We told them about Blairs services, and they contacted him at Upgrade my Credit. He went to work for them and did what we didnt think was possible...during the weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas, when people are often on Vacation or taking it easy...Blair got our buyers credit score up, even higher than the minimum score they needed, and that kept them in the home purchase. They were thrilled! And so were we. We have recommended Blair and Upgrade My Credit over and over again, and will continue to be big fans! Thanks Blair for your stellar work!

My experience working with Blair Warner was nothing but positive! He is smart, knowledgeable, patient, honest, and a good teacher. As a single female (or whatever my station in life, for that matter), this is exactly the kind of advice I seek. Blair’s background in a variety of financial-related fields allows him to lay out the big picture from a variety of vantage points. But more importantly, Blair is not a salesman. His sole goal is to help those who come to him and he does this without glaring biases or a hidden agenda. Perhaps my favorite thing about working with Blair is his teaching skills. He does not merely tell me what to do or assume that I won’t be able to understand the “why” behind the “what.” He wants me to understand the way things work so that I can make the most educated decisions possible, based on my unique needs, circumstances and preferences. Blair is a safe and trustworthy source of counsel and – if he can’t help you – he’ll most likely know three people who can!
