I had great success with the company initially. I paid for litigation and I have been having issues getting in contact with someone. I hope to get in contact with someone soon to continue to provide credit repair services! Unfortunately their email on their website isnt working!

I couldn’t even tell you when I signed up because I don’t remember. They did remove several things on my credit and a bunch of stuff pending. When I called a few months back I finally spoke to someone about the FCRA Settlement and said I was looking at a large sum of money. Now when I log onto what app is still acceptable I can just send messages. Is there a new app I’m not aware of? Also the phone number no longer works. I’d just like a phone call with an update is all.

I bought into Brians program 1 year ago with a $100 special he had. My score was 536 & i had ALOT of collections. Here i am 1 year later, my score is now 713 & i have ZERO collections. It was slow & i was skeptical at first, but i remained hopeful. The process takes time & you have to commit to making a change as well. His company is not a miracle worker.As they say… free help isnt good, & good help isnt free.

The only company that has done what they said they were going to do. I had a small issue and Brian himself called me from his home on a Friday night to fix it immediately. If that’s not customer service then it doesn’t exist. Yes it’s not an over night process but they have done what they said they were going to do and provided me documentation along the way. You do have to do the work too, I paid down my credit as they worked on getting things cleaned up. I can recommend them to anyone who needs the help. My score has improved tremendously! She was able to get my husband and I an appointment at the same time with the same person. I don’t know why that was so hard but she was very fast and sent confirmations before our call ended. I called in to schedule an appointment. Spoke with Kat. She was such a sweat heart, as a receptionist. She has more knowledge than some of the analyst. Since I’ve been a client I never knew we had to call and make a appointment every 30 days to get a update. I never knew that and I was just sitting waiting for my follow up. It’s ridiculous, but she was such a great help and also I signed up for their credit beast! That I was NOT AWARE OF. She was the most professional person I have ever talked to in this company.

I had my initial interview today with Corey Schmidt He was very professional and polite. He went over the process with me and explained what to expect next. I have done my research on credit repair and know this was the right choice I have used other credit repair companies before and this one operates differently they are more engaged with the client. I would recommend them highly but you need to understand you as the client have to stay engaged and do your part so they can give you the best service. I know I will be giving them another good review in a few months.

I put 4 stars being hopeful. I have had the service for a year now and have not had any results. I have had several analysts over my account that never explained what was required of me as a customer. They also just were really unhelpful with anything. Today I spoke with Karly and it was an entirely different experience. She was super helpful and made sure I understood every step that was being done. She apologized for my poor experience in the past acknowledging it was a fumble on there behalf. I am super hopeful for a good outcome working with her. If I finally see results I will be more than happy to change it to a 5 star rating. For the price of service if it actually works it cant be beat

Absolutely amazing company. They are detailed, and helpful. All these negative comments are people who need to realize they didnt screw their credit up overnight so NO ONE can fix it overnight. It takes time, and there is a process. As a new client (2 months in) I have already seen some changes. Are they HUGE no, but they are happening as promised. Funniest part is they go over all this with you, so clearly some people just chose not to pay attention kinda like they didnt pay attention to the creditors that they are in trouble with now. Hold accountability for your actions, and this place will do what they do best, and fix it.

First phone call with UFL. I was hesitant and overly pessimistic as I had not heard from anyone in approx 3wks. However, after speaking to Paris, she patiently and kindly explained how over the top busy they are with so many clients. She walked me thru the process, eased my concerns and we got right into what she will be initially disputing. So for now, I will give a grade of B+. Will update as we go along. Judging from my conversation, I have no doubt the grade will only go up. As a side note, my debt/credit report is my doing and I take full responsibility for the situation Im in. With that being said, Im holding onto hope that with perseverance and being more financially responsible, things will look brighter in the future.

At this point I have had UFL for about 14 months. It was a bit of a slow start (my fault) because I wasn’t making appointments. After I started making appointments, staying on top of my client portal and keeping good communication they really got to work.So far I am fairly pleased with the progress my case has made. Callie was good Nick has been great and really gave the creditors a shove! I strongly recommend United funding and senior analyst Nick Cady.Just remember you have to put in work too it’s not pay the money and get good credit you have to communicate with them.

There are not enough words to say thank you to Brian and his staff. In the first 30 days, my credit score went up over 60 points on all 3 credit bureaus.It is truly disheartening to see all the people complaining that nothing is being done. My opinion is it is your credit, you damaged it, not Brian and his staff. It takes time you and cant expect to have your credit fixed overnight, this company is a blessing in disguise, I have tried a lot of the others and spent thousands with fewer results; it is a team effort to get results, do your part, check e-mails answer calls even if it is a spam call, it might be United funding trying to reach out, and most important check your portal every day, do your part, be better to do better, they are doing their part; you have to do yours, a big shout out to Briana for always being so kind when answering the phone

There is a Credit Beast app that makes it very stream line and easy but I have to use free app which isn’t as user friendly, fork out the money to Credit Beast if you can spare it. They already started sending out documents on my behalf to resolve credit report issues. Such an amazing sevice they provide as I do not have much time to dispute old things on my credit report. Time will tell how well my credit score will go up but at least I know disputes are in progress !!! I thank my nephew for telling me about this service.

Also will be checking into an affiliate of theres on a home loan in the coming months. This program is well worth the time and money you spend. UFL does all the leg work for you, all correspondence is between the credit reporting companies and creditors go to UFL, everything is taken care of by them. Highly suggest you check it out.
