I will be honest, 100% a skeptic when my husband set up a phone meeting with Joe to talk about our cedit and debt situation. I thought this guy is just going to take our money and not be able to really do anything to help. After a few months, still was a skeptic but slowly but surely I turned skeptic to 100% believer. I am very thankful to Joe for his help regarding my debt and credit cards, my credit. My credit score was not great, like really not great, and after working with Joe he brought my credit score up over 115 points to 687+, and using his tools and tips my credit score is now a solid 760, and he was able to get so many things deleted off my credit. Including old credit cards from when I was in college and got in way over my head. He had so many derogatory remorks removed and 98+ deletion of old items. I even made a mistake or two during the whole process and Joe told it to me straight, and never once sugar coated anything. I am so thankful for Joe, me and my husband were able get out debt loan to consolidate all our debt to pay it off quicker and even bought my husband his dream truck.

Joe had been very helpful to my daughter and worked wonders on her credit. I asked him to look at mine and, after careful consideration, he advised that I not proceed with any actions. He advised that I would be better off to wait it out. That is what I did and that was absolutely the right thing to do. My situation has much improved now and I would have been worse off had I poked the bear. Joe could have taken my money and went through a process that many others would have done. Instead he unselfishly gave me advice that helped me much more. He isn’t in this only for money, but actually cares to help his clients. So let me start by saying The Phenix Group is such an AMAZING company! About 3 months ago I began searching for help with credit repair. I really needed help cleaning up things on my credit report and had tried on my own and failed big time. I started with Lexington Law but, decided very early that I was going to need something more aggressive. That is when I began searching and ran across a review from a guy on Credit Karma praising this company. I had read previously that this company was very selective on its clientele but, I left a message on the website and got a call from Mr. David Rodriguez. David is one cool dude first off....He was frank and to the point about their process. He walked me through the process and set the expectations of what to look for in various scenarios. David was thorough and has answered all questions we have had. If we call David and he is unable to answer my husband or myself, he calls back. So far, I have had serveral items deleted from my credit report. I am just about half way through the process and I am hopeful and excited about seeing the finished product. Big thanks to David and the Phenix Group, they have been a God send!!Update: Once all the money was collected, they stopped working on my file. My score maybe increased 30 to 40 points within 6 months. If you have time work your own stuff. Today my score is 700+ but it was hardly due to credit of this company.

I called and was very skeptical. This was the third company Id called to get information about their program. So far they all sounded the same. Salesman just trying to convince me to sign up with them. David Rodriguez is not salesman. He is genuine and very open about everything. Extremely knowledgeable and has a real desire to help people. After 10 minutes, I knew this was the company I needed to work with. He got straight to the point and didnt shy away when I asked tough questions that salesmen avoid, like price and realistic results. I was previously working with another credit repair company for over 6 months that pretty much just took my money without helping me improving my credit. I called this company cause I was looking for help to repair my credit which is poor, a gentleman called David Rodríguez answered the call and gave me some straight and honest suggestions for me to follow without having to pay a dime , he said that to be the best course to take, it did not worth it for them to take my money since in my case there is a couple of things I can do on my own to have my credit improved, I followed his recommendation,I called my credit card provider and started a new plan, under a new agreement.i am happy now, my card will be current and it will be having good reports in a few if I continue making my payments as agreed.
