They honestly are a legit team and business. They work with you and they are always available to answer questions and concerns. They do have flexible payment arrangements you just have to ask them to set one up for you! I’ve been a customer since March 2021 and I was extremely nervous because they required a deposit of 150$ a piece from my husband and I but they actually set us up on a payment plan for that as well and still got started on the deletions!! I’m on phase 7 and they will keep working until phase 10 by that time if they have exhausted their attempts they will help me consolidate my debt for payments!! I highly recommend them, just remember to always communicate with them when you need help or have questions!! Always!! Thanks to two Michelles in the department one who I spoke with briefly during a call on today and answered all questions I had on my list and the other who is a consultant and pretty much initiates the account and makes you feel comfortable. Thanks Credit Agents I feel like I’m making great progress because of you all!!

The new payment structure is very affordable and you only pay when items actually get deleted/corrected vs a monthly service. They are a great investment if you have went through some hard times and need to revamp your credit scores. I actually do, however, the company tried to take credit for my own efforts of deleting a creditor and invoiced me accordingly. That rubbed me the wrong way. I explained to Lydia the situation and she’s the only person who understood how and why it happened. I’m grateful to the company for reversing that specific invoice. Lydia is the reason I’ll probably end up referring my friends and family. Thanks again Lydia!

This agency has been doing a great job repairing my credit. Their fee is definitely high for the different category of items. They also tend to spend a lot of time doing it. They began work on my account four months ago as of June 25/2020 and so far have done a great job cleaning up more than half of the delinquent items combined from all three credit bureaus. I would have preferred they clean up the oldest and larger delinquencies first, but I dont know the other side of what goes on in their work and contacts with the credit bureaus or creditors. They allow a 6 month period to do complete work -so long as the client pays them uninterrupted. They are also respectful in their communications- even though at times, it tends to be terse. I highly recommend this company. They know what they are doing.

I was iffy of another credit repair company handling my credit again since the first 2 attempts were horrible! However; I am glad I used The Credit Agents, they have helped so much and show proof of there work along the way. Every round of attempts get noted and they only update what’s been deleted and show proof as mentioned!! I like that they only charge per deletion which is even better. If you elect them you will not be unsatisfied.

I find the staff very reliable and responsive.Their process is very simple and does not require you to have a PhD in the credit processing industry.They lead you through every step and are always available by phone.In 30 days they have already started to change my credit to the better.I recommend them highly.After having 2 previous companies that were horrible experiences and did nothing but steal my money, this company is a fresh relief in improving your credit.If you need me to validate, feel free to give me a call.

This company hands down is the best company available to repair your credit, Not only do they go above and beyond making sure that every part of your credit is taken care of, they communicate with you youre never left out wondering whats going on. I spoke with Amanda today and Rick when I first signed up and others at the credit agency. All I can say is I appreciate how they take the time to respond and answering my questions. I have been educated on soo many things that for a very long time I had questions about. I tried before to do it on my own and I was not having the best of luck. I had been seeing The Credit Agents on Facebook for a long time. And I read the reviews and watched the videos. I really researched as much as possible. And decided to take the leap towards having healthier financial freedom. All I can say is that I am seeing increases and changes.
