The last few years have not been easy. I’m sure I’m not the only one going through things. My credit score has fluctuated because of several changes throughout my life.I have tried using friends references for credit repair help and other repair companies. Letters have been sent for disputes and some negative marks were removed. BUT I did not know how to keep things on track.When I reached out to Texas Best Credit Repair in hopes of getting my credit under control and keeping it under control. I was asked what did I want to do with my credit. No one asked that before or cared about my story.Sam listened and educated me on how credit works and how he could help me within my budget.I didn’t feel pressured.I felt comfort, I felt acknowledged, and I felt safe.I knew this was the place for me.Thank you for being in the business of helping people.

My wife and I were in the process of buying a house Due to the past, my credit was not what it needed to be to qualify. When I contacted Texas Best Credit Repair, the response I received was amazing. They were very professional and understanding of my situation. The amount I invested was worth every penny. After a few removals, I was able to qualify for our house. I encourage anyone who visits there site, give them a call. They will take care of you.

Amending this review because the owner messaged me immediately asking me to call him. He took full responsibility, was so apologetic and very thorough in wanting to know what exactly happened. And, it turned out they DID cancel me when I asked them to, but they did not let me know. They do good credit repair, and Ive used a few different ones over the years. So, while I did get frustrated by the thought that they didnt cancel my account, they actually did good credit repair for me, AND cancelled when I asked them to. And, the owner himself called to remedy the problem. Thats how you do business properly.Strongly advise not using this company. Their work is fine, thats not the problem. You will not be able to cancel your account when you want to. I have sent emails, I have sent discontinue requests through their website, twice. I have called three times. And NOBODY will confirm. Now they are calling me to tell me they have good news and leaving messages in my box on their website.

When looking for a credit repair company we wanted an Austin credit repair company and we did not want to use one of those big internet companies located in some other state. We were relieved to find the Heatherwilde Blvd Texas Best Credit Repair office! We really liked how they have 4 credit plans to choose from and only $39.00 to get started. A big difference was every plan they offer is month to month with no long term contract. This allowed us to get started right away & they allow us to upgrade to a faster plan at anytime. The best part about our experience was they have a small staff that gets to know you and they have an easy to understand 3 step process! We were always able to get answers because we were connected to their staff by the online portal they provide! We feel like we made the best choice to work with a credit repair company that is local!

I just wanted to leave an honest review of my experience with Texas Best Credit Repair. We started with them in Feb 2016, and I got some items deleted within 30 to 45 days as they said would happen. Unfortunately I lost my job, so I had to call up to cancel my services. Upon speaking to The President of the company, Samuel, he informed me that he was going to help us for an additional 6 months at no cost to us! He said they are a Christian run organization, and they believed in helping specific families in need. Weve gone through other Credit Repair companies and no other companies cared like this company. This really showed us that Texas Best Credit Repair cares about helping people, and not just about making a bunch of money. We are not finished yet, but with these guys help we have hope for the future! Speechless....Blown AWAYYYYYYY

I really appreciated Texas Beat Credit Repairs kindness and respect that they showed me while speaking to them during my Free Credit Consultation. They helped me get a free credit report & showed everything that was lowering my credit scores PLUS it didnt cost me anything to do the consultation. The thing that stood out to me during the phone call was that they didnt try to sell me and in fact said the #1 thing I should make my decision on was my budget! So I chose the Starter Plan & I can always upgrade for a discount & its cancel anytime with NO CONTRACT!!

I worked with them for about 7 months and during that time my middle score went from the 620s-670. I was able to get approved for my mortgage and they were always ready and available to ask questions. Sometimes the website was a bit janky but you know, with smaller companies that happens sometimes. But that doesnt compare to the amount of effort and availability they provide. If you need an appointment to talk and ask questions or go over your numbers they have an appointment ready either same day or the next day. You schedule the appointment with their website so you dont need to wait on hold for someone to schedule it. The only thing you need to watch out for is once youve scheduled the appointment there isnt an option to cancel. But when they text you the reminder you can text them back to cancel. Overall, its a good service and they arent scamy like the other predatory sites out there. They will work with you and are very open to feedback.

I am So Happy With Texas Best Credit Repair in Pflugerville! I Prayed for a repair service that could help me because I have a small business I am trying to expand! I signed up for Personal Credit Repair services after speaking to one of the Owners Chris then roughly a month later I called with questions and Sam one of the other Owners scheduled a meeting to personally answer all of my questions in detail! Now I am convinced that God answered my Prayer and put me in the Best hands possible to handle not only my Personal Credit Repair but Business Credit as well! INCREDIBLE TEAM! I have suffered a major setback with my credit lately and was getting extremely hopeless trying to figure out a solution. In specific there has been one very difficult account to deal with. I found TBCR online and gave them a call after contacting several companies. Sam, Melissa and the rest of the team communicated with me in an extremely professional and friendly manner. After several months of trying multiple techniques and the credit bureau being very stubborn, finally the TBCR team succeeded in achieving positive results. They went above and beyond, I am extremely happy and satisfied. I highly stress on anyone going through this process to BE PATIENT, this process takes time, unlike what so many other companies promise. My credit score went from 560 up to 705 in the last 2 moths. I highly recommend these guys; worth every dollar I spent them. Cant thank y’all enough!

I was looking for a credit repair company that would not only help me but educate me as to the importance of credit and how to use it wisely. I found this company from just browsing and reading reviews. I waited for a little while and then finally contacted them to get more information. They were really quick to respond to me. I chatted on the phone for about 45 mins with them about how the process works and what is expected from both me and the company. I paid for the initial round and then soon upgraded. It has been one month and my scores have jumped dramatically. I am very pleased with this company and have already told so many people about them and are signing up.What I love the most, is that even though I am an adult, I am still learning about credit and have learned many great things from them.
