Brandi Lynne was awesome! If all agencies had customer service reps like her they would have a much higher success rate. She even took the time to stay on the phone to make sure I had the info I needed! Great help!

I have to give serious kudos to Brandi. Its never fun to be in this situation, but she really was awesome about it and even found a solution that saved me some money! Being kind, respectful and understanding is not what youd expect from someone trying to collect a debt, but thats what makes her so different...and successful!

I have been through a series of unfortunate events in the last year, causing my bills to spiral out of control. Speaking to the representative at southwest recovery not only educated me but gave me hope that better days would come. Thank you for your services and now I know how to manage my accounts in collections. I think you all should train other agencies on how to really handle difficult financial situations with the passion that you all have. I mean I really felt like you tried to help me without judgement. Thank You
