Just wanted to put in a good word for Leslie Hardage, Collections Manager. While no one wants to hear from a collections agency (in my case it was due to the company wanting money, didn’t notify me first that I owed them anything), Leslie was a real pleasure to deal with. She has a great attitude, personality and made what could have been an unpleasant experience a positive one. I greatly appreciate Leslie’s help!

Brandi Lynn was AWESOME! she was always on top of my account!We all know the stigma behind debt collections agencies, nobody enjoys getting hassled for their debts. But, to tell the truth, my experience with them for the last 2 years was always pleasant and compassionate thanks to Brandi Lynn. With all the ups and downs due to COVID, I sometimes found myself unable to pay on the scheduled day, I would always get a call and Southwest Recovery was always willing to adjust the pay schedule a little and give me ample time to come up with the money.I received nothing but a positive attitude from her.I honestly wish they could take on any other debt I have, just so I can work with Brandi Lynn again. She is a prime example of a true professional!

Brandi Schrade is a STAR! It is certainly not pleasant to deal with a debt collector especially when the merchant has created a fraudulent bill. Brandi is smart and professional and handled this difficult situation with expert guidance. She is extremely competent and I give her the highest grade available but she deserves more! As a small business owner, I believe staff members thrive at work if they are appreciated in two simple ways- verbally and financially. I am praising Brandi verbally, I hope Southwest Recovery Services recognizes her value and gives Brandi a raise as she well deserves it!

I was unaware of a Medical Debt that I owed until it popped up on my Credit Report. Southwest Recovery Services was the debt collector contracted to collect the money owed. I reached out to them immediately once I found out about the debt and was able to pay it and have the notice removed from my Credit Score. Their service was prompt and professional.

This is a great company to work with when you are need of removal of debt that was not your debt. When I called in to see how to take care of an electric bill from Pulse Power that was on credit report. I was working with Brandi Lynn and she was amazing to work with. Brandi helped me to figure out what I needed to do to remove it from credit and it was taken care super fast once I got Brandi the paperwork she needed. Thank you Brandi
