Great customer service. SWRS had Collections in my name that were tied to identity theft. They instructed me the proper steps to take and evidence to present in order to resolve the issue. The issue was resolved very promptly. I dealt with the same person every time I called, which was very helpful.A huge THANK YOU to Lisa Head! I doubt this would have been resolved so timely without the help of you & your teams help.

When a medical bill slips by without notice, and the secondary insurance was not processed we received a call from Southwest Recovery Services. After talking with the Dr. office and getting the insurance taken care of - we called the company back and settled our bill with them. Very easy and taken care of right away. We want to pay all our bills on time, that is a goal in our life. Thank you for understanding and giving us time to find out what happened before things got out of hand.

Steven has been great. They have handled all of my collection accounts. They are very responsive and helpful! Glad I found them. I will be using them from now on! What I love the most is the customer service and if a client doesnt pay it goes on the Credit report.

I hired them about 2 months ago. So far, so good. Way better than the last collection firm we hired. Pay your bills folks and you wont have to worry about collection companies calling you! Remember, when you dont pay your bill that is due to a company, you are taking revenue, basically you are STEALING revenue from that company. So, pay up or companies like this will come for ya!!!!!

I just wanted to Thank Brandi L for being so helpful with my case. She answered all my questions and replied to all my email in a timely manner. I feel she went out of her way to help me finalize my case. In other words I cant be more Thankful that Brandi had my case. Not everyone is willing to take/spend more time then necessary on a case. Never had I have anyone be so helpful as Brandi was to me.Thank you once more for your help!!!

I’m posting this review on behalf of my husband who was helped by Thomas when he needed some clarification regarding a collection account that was closed three years ago; Thomas was very helpful and immediately reviewed notes from the past and worked on submitting the $0.00 account balance to the credit bureaus so it can’t affect his credit anymore.
