Such a lovely organisation which helps you to fill your tax declaration (if you are qualified for a free tax filing). Very friendly people works here. Also they have kids corner, coffee, water and everything for your comfort. Thanks to Katy and Ian who guide us through all the scary first time tax preparation process❤️

Bryan, Doug, and Gail were SUPER patient this week helping with our taxes. We cannot thank them enough for their help. Their knowledge and expertise made the entire process smooth and fast. We arrived around 5pm and they all stayed late assisting us until the taxes were filed. This would have taken us days to figure out. We are so grateful this program exists!

My taxes were very complicated. The team very professionally discussed my situation, picked up all my documents and sent my case to an expert. The expert contacted me via phone and through a very professional dedicated website. They found the best way for us to file the taxes, organized everything including the ITIN application and eventually even filled everything for us. The 5-6 team members I interacted with were extremely friendly and professional. I cant stop thanking these people! If you are eligible - I highly recommend!

It was great!! My wife is disabled and the accommodated her nicely. The staff was pleasant, friendly and courteous. The preparers were very knowledgeable and explained the whole process.

Well I go there every year to fill my taxes I get the best help, and worth the wait. Today I am getting ready to fill again but I had some last min. questions on what I should bring in for a specific reason. They are so helpful, they didnt rush me off the phone they answered my question and now Im set not having to go there and then find out what I needed... great customer services guys thanks for all your help this year...:)

AWESOME to get your taxes done for free but take the day off and expect to sit there - maybe - for an hour or more past your appointment time before being seen.

This is a free service and the staff is composed of volunteers, they dont get to get a proper meal until the end of the day, which often comes at around 9 p.m.May they continue to have the strength to serve those who have the need for their gift.

I am very happy to have found this place to make my taxes, what they charge you outside is a theft from $300 upwards!!! And then so that you end up paying more taxes. Therefore, I totally recommend this place, everyone is very friendly and provides you with good service, in addition to the fact that they do not charge you for making your taxes and they do their volunteer work, I have never received bad treatment. Worth waiting a few hours but always reliable. Without a doubt next year I will return to them. They speak English and Spanish.
