My experience was a rough one. But then I met Sarah and she really took care of me. She really went out of her way to get to know me and throughout the process of the year she always made sure check on me and more importantly continued to take care of me with regards to my credit. Her fee is pricing compared to most but then again you pay for what you get and Sarah is not only personable but also knows her stuff. My credit score went from the low/mid 400s all the way up to 680 in less than a year we still aren’t done yet. Now I am purchasing my first duplex with regards to investing into my first property and all because Sarah took the time to really get to know and make sure that I was good at all times. I recommend her any day of the week simply because she’s going to get it done with zero excuses. So do yourself a favor and pay the fee so that she can get you right!
