After the explanation of what Meghan will do for debt consolidation - actually, canceling my credit cards after negotiating their payoff (if I understand correctly) - and quickly getting the records she needed.There was no “selling” me, no persuading.As she looked at my credit card debt, she gave me options or asked how I wanted to deal with something about one or 2, gave me choices, and further explained the purpose, whys & reasons for them.I asked questions & she gave complete answers. I didn’t become suspicious of any trickery or that I wasn’t being fully informed. Her explanations were specific.I was surprised at the end when she asked if I’d accept the $100 fee, tho. Because I knew they are nonprofit, I didn’t think ahead to a possible price for the service. After that came another fee, I think it was a percentage of what my monthly fee would be… I was surprised she knew it already. I don’t know how that came about. I thought it had to be negotiated with the credit card company .Anyway, a detailed chart of all financial stuff was shown me before my final signing. Thankfully, my debt is under $10k.The interest rate is great, for today!My ongoing stress about debt is gone, especially stress of wondering if I’d choose a bad company to do this with. As of March 31, I was informed by Americor or credit nine that they were finally going to finish completing my debt free consolidation so at first I was worried because I wasn’t hearing from Americor and my credit score was going down too much I was told it was only going to be maybe 100 points lower, but it went down almost 200 points off my credit score it took about eight months for them to get all my credits together and negotiations done but once I got it going it seems like everything is going great. I’m just waiting on March 31. That is supposed to be the date that everything would be set up with all my Credits and then I will be debt-free. I can’t wait till that day. I was very impatient but a Americor is getting the job done so I am really happy that I did go with them. They are patient with you. They do explain everything to you, so if you are having trouble paying your bills , I do recommend a Americor to help you, but don’t expect it to happen right away. I was expecting it to happen within three months but it took eight months but after they explained everything to me, I understood why it took so long. Thank you America core for helping me out After March 31 I should have a big relief knowing that I’ll only have to be making one payment a month instead of around 10 and it won’t feel like my bills are never going down because Americor will take care of that thank u Aaron Phan

We had called one of the top rated debt consolidation services before speaking with DRS and they were awful—22% APR for my debt, which was not delinquent nor even late. This business was prompt, were able to give us good rates and a good plan for consolidating our debt and paying it off. The only thing we didn’t like is the automated payment withdrawal. Hopefully we can write a review again once we actually begin with the plan and start to see progress.
