To say that Jacob & Lenders Choice have changed my life would be an understatement. A year ago my credit was such a mess that I couldn’t even get approved for a car or an apartment. I had evictions and collections, so I felt worried and defeated. Jacob never promised anything or tried to sell me the idea of immediately having an 800 credit score like others had done in the past. He under promised and definitely over delivered! I was so excited every month at my review when more and more collections were being removed...even one of the evictions! My score went up about 100 points and he has taught me ways to continue to keep it climbing. He was always there when I had questions and never made me feel silly for asking them. I ve been working with Jacob now going on 3 months. Jacob has the four most important things in customer service : intergrity, respect, honesty, and knowledge. Jacob gives me guidance whenever needed, some conversations are 5 minutes and then some are an hour long. Jacob always gives me an answer based on facts and proven credit concepts. He does not give me some nonsense that things are going to magically happen.Credit repair for most is a very embarrassing situation and people often ignore it for years and walk around not being able to live life as they should because of the self shame and lack of knowledge that we have. I can speak on this because I was one of those people.Jacob has went beyond his job he has the key ingredient to make people successful in this process humbleness and the ability to take it on a personal level. Jacob is a better friend or family member then 97 percent of the people in my family or friend network. He has kept me going by taking the stigma of bad credit away and getting me to understand this is a change of lifestyle and thinking and most of all life happens, just fix it.If I could find a fitness trainer and dietician to have Jacobs qualities I would lose a hundred pounds.
