    For reasons no one will really care about, doctor bills and other things built up until my wife and I had no choice but to declare bankruptcy. I was EXTREMELY lucky to have discovered this law office, Collins & Arnove. They were located close to my work so it was also convenient. If anything in bankruptcy can be said to be easy, dealing with Greg was very easy. He was a Godsend. It didnt take a lot of back and forth and no huge amount of paperwork. He walked us through the process and prepared us for the trustee sessions. I expected it to be hard and perhaps a bit humiliating. It was anything but that. Greg understood that stuff happens. We got the program going in almost no time, less that a couple of weeks. No more letters, calls, etc. We could answer the phone without sweating it in only a couple of months. Our program involved a 60 month payment schedule and it was set up on an automatic process with the trustee. Then for the next 4 years, all we did was check in annually. The fees were included in the trustee payment process so the out of pocket to get going was almost nothing. Ive heard of other companies having you pay over $2000 up front. I hate that it was necessary, but if you find it necessary for yourself, you cannot go wrong with Collins & Arnove. I am extraordinarily pleased with their service! Thanks Greg!!

    Highly recommended! I could not have had a better experience. Mr. Collins and staff were always available and responded to comments & questions extremely quickly, through their online portal. Everything was done online or by phone, with only one single visit to their office.     After finally deciding it was time to tackle the unrealistic pile of debt I somehow accumulated during graduate school and post-divorce I went searching. Collins and Arnove came up in my search (among many others) but after reading through their history and reviews I decided to try Collins & Arnove first. Just reaching out to a lawyer was scary (I had no idea what to plan for), let alone considering the possibility of bankruptcy (I didnt even know if I would qualify). During that first meeting, William was great. He was very straightforward, clear, professional, and had just a small side of relaxed that really helped me keep my fears and nerves about the entire situation at bay. After deciding to proceed with the bankruptcy I was still worried but my debt wasnt going anywhere on its own and I had to do something. Im so grateful that I chose Collins & Arnove. As a constant worrier I was surprised at how smoothly the process went and how little I worried once it really got started. I definitely contribute that peace of mind to Collins & Arnove.     William Collins handles my Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. I was able to make an appointment online. He started the paperwork during that first appointment and made everything very easy. He arranged a payment plan for the cost, while a previous attorney had expected the whole cost up front.     First Off- this May be the 1st or 2nd review Iā€™ve done in my 25 years of my career. Likely the 1st since I canā€™t remember doing another one. Iā€™d give him a 10 star if possible.How did I found William Collins? You guessed it google. Im very particular in choosing who I align myself with - and right from the outset to the quick response- using their online booking calendar- numerous locations including Rockwall- and Plano- I was booked for a consultation immediately.Yes I check Google and other Reviews- and you can tell which reviews are bogus- and the credibility that comes when reading countless reviews that all sure as heck seemed legitimate- and real stories. It was an easy choice.Choosing to Filing Bankruptcy is an emotional and stressful decision- and even taking the time to set up the meeting with an attorney- which everything I read online- said Iā€™d be crazy not to hire an attorney. Dang- here I thought- Iā€™m detailed I could go it alone at first- was I wrong- and there is no way I could have not only got my Chap 7 case discharged- but received superb counsel from William along the way. He is a straight shooter and is not the type to tell one what they want to hear but rather what true reality is. He was able to read my situation in likely 15-20 minutes- even after I came in with two tub full of receipts , Tax Returns and collection notices. 100 collection calls per day- 50-100 creditors hounding you- to the minute William filed - ( which was within 2 days of our meeting) - all stopped. What a huge relief - it allowed me to get my career back on track and begin to make good Fact based decisions.You go with your gut- and I tell you I pretty much knew my the time I stepped into his office- met William and his SuperStar Paralegal- Christine- that was it- I found my bankruptcy attorney - who also provided so much insight on all the other items going on during the 3.5 months it took- from filing to taking courses - to meeting with the trustee( twice). When someone can take away that stress and give you confidence- and everything he told me would happen happened - you know you found your guy.William is an absolute expert In his profession. - he was calm , cool and collected- asked me a few questions- and gave me incredible confidence in my case, options - and explained in laymanā€™s terms which options made sense for me- and the steps. Heā€™s a straight shooter but knows how to deliver a message with tact. Nothing seems to get him riled up- and I tell you dealing with people like William Collins- someone you know you can count on yā€™all to be reasonable , advise of risk adverse solutions - and have confidence that the feedback comes from his many years of experience in yalls fields.We met with the Bankruptcy Trustee- twice- plus the Trustee had a few questions - and I could tell that Williams relationship, understanding of the Trustee and his hot points were due to his relationship building skills- and shooting him straight.
