Wow, Jon and Nicolle really made this a pleasant experience! This was our first land purchase and they made it go so smooth. We cant thank them enough for helping us through the process. Always there in many ways when you need to ask a question or get clarification on anything. I found them through other members of my family who work with them as well and have heard so many great things about Capital Farm from other Ranchers/Landowners that Ive spoken with. Nicolle and Jon are absolutely wonderful people to work with...very helpful and they do whatever it takes to get the job done! Only place I would recommend for land and farm type loans! I bought land through them and am now working with them for a barn loan. 5 stars!
