Customer service was superb! They took perfect and accurate notes and account of my individualized situation and repeated the information back to me so as to confirm. In addition, Maureen was very kind and friendly and asked Pertinent questions that assisted me in clarifying my goals and objectives regarding my credit report. Maureen also explained in detail all of the company, benefits, and what they had to offer as well as setting me up with an initial consultation.

This company is phenomenal. I thought this company was a scam in the beginning and was so scared to take a leap of faith and receive help. My scores were in the low, 600s and in the high 500s. Going through the first process and starting the second process of helping with my credit, im beyond elated. Im scores jumped up to the mid 600s to the high 600s. Im so thankful for Jam, and Sydney. Such polite, knowledgeable and respectful women. Grateful, to be working with them!!
