    Mike was a huge help in getting my finances back on track. He took the time to break down my spending habits and showed me how they were leading to my debt. What I really appreciated was that he never pushed me to enroll in their program, he just gave me honest advice and laid out the pricing upfront in case I wanted to move forward. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about getting out of debt and even shared different ways I could tackle it on my own. Best of all, his counseling was completely free and genuinely helpful. After a thorough process, Carlton was able to consolidate my payments and dramatically lower my interest, saving me an estimated 27,000! This is a great program for anyone looking to pay debt down quickly, without negatively effecting your credit score like is the case with settling your debt. Highly recommend!

    I felt a lot of peace after calling ACCC. They are kind and wise and stay focused on the goal of walking their clients through debt free process without any judgement. All of the representatives that have helped us have been wonderful! Ishmael helped us complete our process of getting started and he was super encouraging and knowledgeable.The monthly fee is reasonable and affordable. I felt a great sense of hope when i heard the new monthly payment and interest rates on my cards. It made getting out of debt actually seem possible.

    Great help with debt management! I spoke with Carlton and he was a huge help, helped guide me through their process and he made everything understandable / clear.     My experience with Adrian was amazing! He really made me feel like a human and I appreciate that so much! He was personable and made me feel that ACCC was genuinely interested in helping me. I dont follow through with many reviews but this experience definitely warrants one. It is a long process, but its totally worth seeing the light at the end of the debt tunnel. Theyve reduced my interest and made becoming debt free a real possibility so long as I stick with my part of the bargain, which I fully plan on doing. Its not an easy road to walk, but its not the impossible road that I was walking before I contacted ACCC. Highly recommended if youre being crushed by high interest credit card debt!

    This company is incredible. I needed help on two different occasions, and both times they came through. The fact that they can negotiate your credit card APR down to zero is amazing. There is no way you can do it on your own without spending month and month on the phone. The fees they collect for each account is very reasonable. I was so lucky to come across them.If you struggle with high interest credit card payments, please call them. They will make your life so much easier and will work with your budget. Highly recommend them.

    It was well worth it to get on the program as it truly gave us peace of mind and helped us greatly to pay down all our creditors, without the pressure ( having American consumer credit counseling) backing us up . We couldn’t have done it with out them . If I ever need them again ( which I pray I do not) I know I will be in good hands for handling my creditors.     The process was lengthy to go through my entire budget and expenses but it is worth every minute spent. My counselor Isaiah was so down to earth and understanding. I was very apprehensive to call because I didn’t want any judgement but he was amazing during this whole process of enrolling up into a debt management program and explaining everything in great detail.     I called American Consumer Credit Counseling as a requirement to qualify for a Reverse Mortgage refinance. The first person answering my call was friendly and very helpful with credit information, but not in the department I required. He then transferred me to the correct counselor for my needs. That session was also friendly and professional providing additional information toward my refinance. I highly recommend this company for all types of financial needs.
