    Josh was very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided solutions that I wasn’t aware of and didn’t think about, and was a pleasure to talk to. I felt as if I was talking to a friend. To be fair, all of the ACCC agents have been helpful when I called in previously. But, Josh is a standout with his problem solving and empathetic listening skills. It makes navigating the debt conversation that much easier. I will ask for him in the future when I need to call again.

    Its a very helpful place. Its a bit stressful in the beginning, but of course something like this would be. Either way the staff is accommodating with getting things hammered out. They usually have me squared away in less than 10 minutes or so. Hopefully, I dont have to come back but if I do, I will choose this group.

    ACCC is a wonderful organization. Their debt management program has been very helpful to me when I have needed to get out from under a lot of debt and repair my credit. Not only are their services effective, but their counselors are also warm and empathetic as well as professional and clear in their communication. The counselors at ACCC are dedicated to providing respectful and empowering credit counseling and equipping consumers with tools for budgeting.Although lot of for-profit “credit counseling” companies scold their clients and encourage them to borrow more money at predatory rates to pay off credit debt, ACCC is not one of them. The program simply negotiates lower interest rates with your creditors and makes more affordable payments possible; clients rebuild their credit by paying the debts off. Instead of pushing clients to make hasty decisions, ACCC’s counselors offer support, information, and useful guidance on budgeting and credit use.I have recommended ACCC to friends and family because they are such an amazing resource. Seriously, before you consider a loan or a bankruptcy, give them a call and see what they can do for you!

    Felt sorry for the gentlemen that spent 2 hours and 33 minutes on the phone with me but Bailey was a pleasure to speak with. No judging, no criticizing, no fear. Bailey explained everything in great detail and spoke from someone willing to help and not just speaking as if reading it directly from text. Found ACCC through research and it being accredited for counseling and also is a first stop for bankruptcy as you need a certificate before filing. I’d rather try to pay back what I owe, just need some assistance. Wished I would have done that research years ago as I interpreted counseling as debt settlement which could screw you over more times than it won’t from what I researched. ACCC works with creditors to get a discounted interest rate, lower monthly payment, and get out of debt quicker. 47 months of payments to ACCC to distribute to your creditors sounds better than 349 months on my own with minimum payments. Highly recommend.
