    I spoke with Elizabeth (Beth) today and I called crying. In tears ready to give up on life. Could not see a light at the end of the tunnel. Felt like I was drowning and I have no one and nothing to help me. This angel 😇 spent 2 hours and 10 minutes on the phone with me. She created a personalized budget for me. Helped me make a plan for all of my credit card debt. She listened to my story she let me vent and she healed my spirit. She genuinely cared about me and my situation. She made me smile for the first time in months. She explained the process and the agreements. She answered all of my questions even if she was in the middle of going over something else with me. She took the time to say if I change my mind, if I have more questions or anything she assured me if I call her she will answer or call me back and assist me further. The weight she took off of my shoulders is undeniable. I am so very blessed to have had the opportunity Id speaking with this godsend of a woman today. I cannot praise her enough. I can finally breathe again. She gave me hope and determination. Im so thankful. I recommend this program to anyone struggling with debt. She simplified all of my cards and debts into one payment and made it manageable for me. Iw as so overwhelmed with all the accounts and the minimum amounts due and what number I had to call for one payment ... and the interest. She simplified absolutely all of it to one payment every month. And Im still going through the process.     Mike was an incredible ACCC rep. He spent almost 3 hours with my wife and I on the phone and was very patient with us. He helped walk us through the entire process and talked us through our many quetions we had.     I was in credit card debt. I called many, many credit card counseling companies and loan companies. Some of the solutions offered were frightening. One solution was to not pay my debts and then they would deal with the credit card business. I was trying to improve my credit, not make it worse. ACCC contacted the credit card companies and negotiated repayment solutions. Some of my credit card companies totally stopped charging me interest. ACCC worked out a payment for me to pay off all my credit card debt within five years. The payment I paid ACCC was less then half of all my minimum payments to my credit cards. My FICO score increased!!! Thanks JoJo!!!

    I started with consumer counseling services about a month ago. I had looked at so many options to work on 68,000 in credit card debt that I had accumulated paying about an average of 30% interest. I talked to debt relief companies and I just did not have confidence that their path would be a good one for my financial future and well-being. ACCS has been around for over 30 years and they have agreements already well established with the creditors to lower interest rates. Now that I’ve been using them, I can actually see my interest rates have gone down significantly, some to 1.9% and some to 0%. I’m saving a minimum of $900 on interest per month. At the same time, it doesn’t really hurt my credit because I’m not bailing out on the principal balance. I’m actually paying it back and that makes me feel good because I actually borrowed it. In the past, when I had financial issues, I often bailed out and settled with credit card companies, rather than pay the whole balance. After doing that, I learned nothing. I learned no new financial disciplines because I took the easy way out. I want some of the pain and discomfort of having to pay back the entire balance, so that I learned my lesson this time to not borrow money and get caught up in the consumer trap.The support at ACCS has been significant, so helpful and so knowledgeable every single time I speak to one of them. At the same time, I can go onto my portal and see how my payments are being made to the credit card companies, and how my payments are almost half what they used to be and going almost 100% towards principal. I think it’s important to remember, that I can’t just put it in their hands and not pay attention to it though. I have to be involved and monitor my credit card statements every single month to make sure that there’s no errors made by the credit card company so that I can maintain good credit. It’s good to be involved in the process because, in a way, it’s still my responsibility.Finding a ACCS is a life changer for me. Now I’m working overtime and throwing all my Extra money At my debt and I plan on paying this off very quickly. Thanks ACCS!.
