Living on a fixed income is tough. When life made a few harder decisions for me, I could no longer keep up with one of my credit card payments and let that credit card fall to collections. When I was served with legal paperwork from the debt collector, I called America Debt Resolutions - they were my only phone call. The team at America Debt Resolutions stepped in on my behalf with the debt collector and I am now making payments I can afford. The process was seamless. At this point in my life, seamless is good! -

Pat, my representative, is always updating me on my account status and is continuously exceeding my expectations on finalizing my account terms. Shes always treating me like a person and not a number. People fall on hard times and its easy to pass judgement. Ive never felt guilty or less of a person during the entire process.
