    This review goes to all current and potential future clients of 700 Plus Credit. Like many clients may think, how can a credit building company truly be in the best interest of my credit score/history and can I trust them with sensitive private information? I was skeptical just like everyone else but, I can assure you all that this is the place to go in the city of Houston for credit restoration. I started my file as a client a little over 1.5 years ago and I am truly satisfied that I did. I met with Elvira, GM, who welcomed me with open arms and walked me through every step of this journey and what to expect and what my participation was going to involve. Through her masterful organizational skills and strong communication, she not only educated me on the infrastructure on credit scores and history but comforted me that my credit score/history was not a lost cause. She provided me with very keen information that was going to be pertinent on restoring my credit and detailed a step-by-step plan on what actions the company would do on my behalf. surprisingly, all I had to do was commit to bringing in my credit score reports that I would receive in the mail and they would handle the rest!     I would definitely recommend 700 Plus to anybody wanting to fix their credit. My daughter and son in law used them after I told them they did a great job with my stuff and they were very pleased as well. They worked on my credit years ago and got it to 787. A week ago one of the collections that they got removed about 2 years ago some how ended up back on my report I called them about it and they said they would work on it to get it removed again since we have been loyal customers.     I have worked with a few other credit repair companies in the past like Lexington Law and a few attorneys. I was a bit skeptical trying to use another one, but a friend recommended me to 700 Plus Credit.That weekend they were running a special for $499 and I decided to sign up. My credit specialist called me about 4 or 5 times and let me know what was going on behind the scenes.About 3 months passed and I started to get letters from the credit bureaus. I called the guy in charge of my account and he explained to me what was going on. The only issue I had was I was not prepared to see these letters.At the end of month 4, my credit score raised to an all time high of 694! I was impressed and I felt much better knowing my money was well spent.I never had results like this in the past and I am now referring my clients to see 700 Plus Credit if they have any issues.Now, I did only give them 4 stars. Reason being, I wish the communication was a bit better. I did receive calls in the beginning, but not so much at the end. But, the overall result was great!     Anyone who thinks they don’t have any hope I’d recommend 700 plus. I was shocked after seeing the results in just a few months. I didn’t believe the work that they did, so I had to call the credit bureaus to verify. PAY THEM ON TIME AND WATCH YOUR FICO SCORE CHANGE.     I was a bit skeptical but the agent I worked with did a great job at explaining the process and kept in touch until my account moved into the next phase. I received calls on a regular basis with updates and request, so I felt like they made sure I was in the know of my status. I did have issues ones with getting a reply via email to their general email. Once I contacted Elvira (my original point of contact) the issue was addressed and resolved. I can say I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service I paid for an received.     I just want to say that we started with 700 credit plus about 3 or 4 years ago. I would like to let ya know that in this amount of time we have noticed a dramatic difference in our credit. I payed $499.99 to get my credit fixed. It all started when I couldn’t access my Smartcredit online and was given a wrong login. I was assigned to Vanessa. She promised me to keep me up to date and everytime. When I tried contacting her she was either in lunch or off, I did not only call once. I called and texted her various times. Ruben, the manager knows because I showed him screenshots of the messages, and I can show anyone else who doesn’t believe me. Long story short. I have been asking for my refund since the beginning of FEBRUARY!!! WHY? Because their is a lack of customer service. They promised me to keep me up dated on everything but I’m the one always calling! I have to call 2 times every damn week. And they always make my problem longer. I just want my refund back!
