The worlds Largest Elliott dealer for a reason.We bought a used unit from them almost 2 years ago and recently started having a problem with the boom-up function. We are in Ohio so took it to our local dealer. Thousands of dollars later and the truck still wasnt working. I decided to call CTE and over the phone, Bill was able to diagnose and walk us through fixing the (sensor) problem. If you want a dealer that is still there, years after the sale, these are your guys.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! TRUSTWORTHY! LOOK NO FURTHER! These guys are the best you will find! I was a bit nervous buying a used crane truck 2,000 miles away, but Chris Tewell really took the time to educate me and get us into the right truck for our needs and budget. He really assured me that everything was in good working order, even the small things. I really felt we got taken care of well and that we were in excellent hands. One of my employees flew out to TX to drive it back to FL. As soon as we got to FL, however, the truck had some crane issues that racked up to several thousand dollars in local repairs. Chris kept to his word about delivering a good working truck and paid all of the repairs. He kept saying “I just want you guys to have a good working truck and for you guys to be happy,” and he really meant it. He kept excellent communication the entire time, even better communication than the initial repair shop we brought it to. Chris called me daily to see the status. The first repair shop was a bit of a nightmare experience who just patched the fix after keeping it for weeks before even looking at it, which was nobody’s fault but the repair shops, and we had to bring the truck to a second shop to be fixed the right way. Chris continued to check in daily to ensure the new repair shop was keeping on top of everything. This was all happening during the big freeze of Feb, 2021 where CTE Group was closed due to the storms and Chris still kept great communication. The truck wound-up needing a new pump among some other work and they took care of it all. It’s now been out of the shop for 1.5 weeks and running great so far! We are very happy with everything and will be customers for life. We looked all over the country before landing on them and we strongly recommend buying here over anywhere else.
