I love this place. It is so beautiful and peaceful.

Community pool, must get a pool tag from the HOA to enter. One tag allows you and ONE guest to enter. Tons of rules most arent posted because of the HOA. 1) . No running. 2) No diving 3) only swim wear allowed ( no cotton clothing) 4) slide feet first ,on your bottom, on all slides. 5) all children must walk up the stairs and slide down by themselves (excluding the kiddie pool) 6) No goggles on the slide. 7) wait at the bottom of the stairs. 8) cannot sit on each others shoulders 9) must be 18 or older to stay in the water during adult swim, unless you have a baby ,one and under. Must hold the baby during the time being. 10) No alchohol, or glass. 11) No smoking, including juuls and vapes. 12) ages 9 - 12 must take the swim test, to swim without an adult, accompanied by an adult ( yearly) . Pool is open, Tuesday- Saturday 11-8. Sundays 12-7, closed on Mondays

Love it here!! Great staff crew, feels safe, priced great. Location good. Only complaint: spiders everywhere.

This is one of the grt areas to live in, great schools, new development, new town center and a lot of features that are about to come. And it just started!
