    The place is something else, love all the options you have with a lot of stores and places to eat. I work in the irrigation here and I cant stop enjoying my lunchs breaks trying something new. Right now my favorite place is the Argentinian empanadas they have here. One nice thing is they are expanding, so Im looking forward to see what else they will bring here.

    Love this up and coming community. Nice restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and movie theater. Nice place to walk around. This square is always lit up for awesome pics in the evening! Not to mention the summer concert series. Just a short walk away is sunset point with great views of the grapevine lake and access to trails.

    I always have a lovely breakfast here but just this one time, our waitress was not very attentive and my chorizo was mostly gristle. Nine times put of ten, this is the perfect breakfast restaurant..

    We had breakfast at the Egg Farm CafΓ©. My omlet was excellent and the servers were very nice. This is my favorite breakfast restaurant when we are in the Flower Mound area. Will definitely be back soon!

    Management is always helpful and accommodating & we never have any major issues with our apartment. Love the proximity to the lake and access to retail/restaurants. Best place to live in Flower Mound!
