I got to work with Geoff and Albert from Xite when I was finding the location for my orthodontic practice, Razz Orthodontics, in Flower Mound. They were so professional and responsive, and they found an absolutely great location. We encountered some significant struggles because there was very limited availability in the area. It’s growing so fast. But they stuck with it generating report after report, and we ended up finding a better location than I thought possible. Thanks for setting me up for success guys!

I dont remember how and when I met and gave my contact number to Xite agent, but one of the agent has contacted to me occasionally. Recently I was ready to setup my own office, then he contacted me at that time. Since the first meeting with Albert, he has worked his job decently and recommended several locations. After few weeks, we found a perfect location. Albert made a good deal with the landlord. During that period, we had COVID-19 crisis. I hesitated to open new business but Albert encouraged me to continue this project. He is still working for me to introduce a project manager and so on for successful business launching. I worked closely with Brandon and Geoff on my site selection and lease. They were polished and professional in presenting available options and in communicating throughout the adventure that was negotiation with the landlord’s company. We had many detailed conference calls regarding complicated decision points which helped to steer me in the best direction. I used to Michael Tatum from Xite Realty last year to find my space for my pediatric dental office. He did a tremendous amount of demographic research to help me find the best area for my needs. However, where he really excelled was negotiating one of the best leases for a space in Dallas. He understands the ins and outs of leases and the traps landlords set to get the tenant in the long run. He made sure the lease was favorable for me. He continued to give me advice well after the deal was done and that meant a lot. I highly recommend Michael and Xite.
