Xite Realty is hands down the best tenant rep group out there. Scott Womack guided our group through the difficult process of finding the right building for our medical innovation center. Our situation was unique and Scott stayed with us from beginning to end even though our process took longer than the usual engagement. Their insight into the market was incredible. When we found the right place, Xite Realty helped us avoid many pitfalls in our lease documents. We had an incredible experience and will use Xite again when we scale to multiple innovation facilities across the nation.

I have nothing but positive comments for Xite and their team. I have the privilege of working with Albert Miles. From the beginning he was helpful with a positive and energetic personality that gives confidence and comfort throughout the process. Not only did he find multiple locations, but he was patient with us to find the best location for our future dental office that we wanted and not just one to get his job done. He also did an amazing job with the letter of intent that led to minimal back and forth between attorneys in the final lease negotiations. In the future when I am looking for further practice real estate I will find Albert once again.

I had a great experience with Xite Realty. I worked with Scott Womack, and he helped me find the perfect location for my new eye clinic. Scott was able to negotiate a really aggressive rental agreement saving me time and money. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

It was a long, lengthy process, however Tommy and JP provided excellent service and always listened to our requests and made things happen! We ended up with a great location and a great practice. I would highly recommend these guys.
