I rent an apt at Summer Chase in Johnson City TN and I can’t say enough good things about this complex. The management team, Abby, Alexis, and Brian are fantastic at their jobs. As soon as you enter the office, you are greeted with smiles and hellos. They have initiated a trivia afternoon, a pool party with hot dogs and all the sides, a root beer float party, and a biscuits to go morning, among other get togethers, and even asked the residents to submit suggestions for amenities they like to see here. They do this in order to create a feeling of community. If you have a problem, Brian will be at your unit either that day or the next to solve it.I think this speaks volumes about ValCap Group’s goals and expectations. So if you’re looking to rent an apartment, my advice would be to look for one owned by ValCap Group

On May 1st, I will be with Valcap for one year. Everyone has been so nice and helpful. Even though I am at a TN property, the Texas corporate members have communicated and met with me many times. I love my job, and I feel at home while doing it.
