I have known Jeff Beard since 1999, he was with The Woodlands Development Company. He was my landlord for several years before starting his own business. He was honest, professional and took a chance is allowing my State Farm Agency into a very crowded Sterling Ridge Kroger Center. Several Insurance Agencies were vying for this location, and he was bold enough to pick myself.I can Honestly say, he changed my life with this opportunity to be a part of the community where “The Village of Cochrans Crossing” is named after my Great Grandparents. He allowed me to give back to the community like what he does. Jeff truly embraces giving back to the community and cares deeply about people.Later, I was fortunate to work with Jeff regarding a Commercial Property. His Integrity and Guidance thru this process exuded his patience and integrity in making sure all goals were met. I havent been to this place, but I just wanted to say that you shouldnt post negative reviews just because of the controversy. The girl everyone is referring to has never worked here, and even if she did, its not the stores fault that one of its workers is not a good person.I encourage the stores workers to ignore the negative reviews, since those who write them are very aware of the misinformation and lack of values they suffer from.😁😁😁

Great place, I love it and I regret being in favor of giving negative opinions, this company is really not to blame and there are no such employees here in this place. If there were any, they should not get even like this, but by speaking formally in person without having to damage this reputation.

It seems totally unfair to me that they rate a business poorly that has nothing to do with a bad attitude on the part of its employees...This leaves us with a great lesson, what you do in your personal life can affect your professional life... When you see your celebrity or influencer being harassed or made fun of, clearly everyone will do whatever it takes to expose their private information, although a real estate company does not have to pay the price for an intolerant employee without respect for anyone. They would have recorded a video with the boss still on the side and the employee in front apologizing and regretting what she has done and asking her workplace for an apology for ruining their economy.
