We’ve worked with Eric Deuillet and Structure Commercial on deals for both of our locations, Progresso Jiu Jitsu Plano and Frisco, and both times it was a great experience. For both locations, they helped us find exactly the spaces we were looking for, Eric made the whole process smooth, fast and easy and handled all the communication with the landlord and negotiation on the deals, whenever there was an issue he helped find a solution for it. Whether you’re a landlord or looking for a location for your business, they make sure to make a deal that everyone is happy with. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Structure Commercial is one of the best retail project leasing brokers in DFW. Structure has listed 3 to 5 retail properties for my company continuously over the past 4 years and has succeeded with every opportunity given. In 2020 Structure completed a difficult property disposition for my company which closed for all cash in less than two weeks. Structure Commercial has my highest professional recommendation.
