I have worked with Abe at St. Croix for several years now. He has helped me with a few different leases. As an entrepreneur with several start-up tech companies, balancing my leases and space needs is difficult while trying to catapult my companies to success. Abe took all the work out of the experience for me. He found multiple options and negotiated a great deal on my behalf. It was a seamless transaction every time. Hands down the best broker I have ever worked with.
