Our business is small, but growing quickly, and working on a third location. It was absolutely crucial at this stage to pick the right location and really get the lease details and pricing RIGHT. Luke and the team at SSG performed their service flawlessly. From beginning to signing, we received very attentive and professional service that I thought would be impossible to obtain at our scale, especially in the face of what seemed to be an unusually lengthy and difficult negotiation process with the landlord. We arenβt opening ten locations a year and they could have given us the βsmall companyβ treatment but they didnβt. I really appreciated the whole process with SSG. -
