The negative review here is extremely odd. It is almost unintelligible. Rubicon does not do residential or VA housing. They are 100% commercial properties. And they are top notch. On top of that, Inna that works at Rubicon is a great person. This is a small shop with expert owners that is creating tremendous value in the space. -
