Happy New Year All!Allstate - Bolden Insurance Agency, LLC has leased at Ricchi Tower, 1111 W Mockingbird Lane, Suite 180, Dallas, Texas 75247 for almost five years. I am absolutely amazed at the service I have received from the Property Manager, Mery whom ensures the building is nice, clean and warm. Being located between two major freeways, you would think security would be a problem. Our lobby security does a wonderful job of making sure we arent concerned with this. As a tenant on the first floor, I would anticipate having concerns in this area but have not. The Area Manager, Joanne often visits our building to make sure things are running smoothly and to inspect things which I have never seen her unhappy while onsite.If anyone knows anything about me, I expect excellent service and dont have a problem voicing my concerns verbally and in writing.Ricchi has added a wonderful Bistro ran by Maria. Prior to her taking over the Bistro, I wouldnt be caught eating there. Now, I cant think of anywhere else to eat. You must try her breakfast. Marias pancakes will put some of the best breakfast places out of business.This building is so well maintained. I absolutely love the smell of the lobby at all times during the day. The cleaning team is the best. They are constantly cleaning throughout the day and can provide on the spot assistance if needed in your suite.Our maintenance team truly deserves a big shout out. Cris and Joe are over the maintenance department. I have never heard them complain when I stop them in passing to request assistance. Nor does their team when they come in to take care of maintenance request.I am so amazed by how this building is ran that I am constantly referring other Allstate Agent to their properties. I truly feel I am getting a great value for my lease.If you are looking for office space and considering leasing, I would strongly suggest you check out one of their properties especially 1111 W Mockingbird Lane. It wouldnt hurt to stop in for an insurance review while you are in the area as well.

Has what you need here folks attorneys and so on.. ward law group. A bunch of hard working attor5neys for sure . Im a client and I will for sure tell you the truth about them as soon as they settle my cases.... My big rig accident from three years ago should be coming to a close Ill tell you if they did there job and if they were fair.. so follow up on this plz.. lots more to to tell. Soon but yes come here and try this place out for all your needs
